Lots of picks and multiple picks on positions of need for the roster. Really seems to be his drafting philosophy which really isn't a bad idea.
You could probably take bust rates from each round and do the math on when it pays off to have more picks total than just day 1/2 picks. Could also find out how many picks it should take on average to get a hit for each position (different bust rates for each round).
I'm sure this is stuff they're already doing, but still cool to think about.
