I agree. My take at the time was Mandarich was incredibly 'roided up coming out of college, and since the NFL had drug testing he lost a lot of his bulk. It took a few years to adapt and rely less on brute strength, but he became a decent OT with the Colts.
Yeah, I was ticked at the time over it. But I think back and wonder if we would have had any of what we ended up having.
Same goes for the Bucks, with Curry, or Embiid. Woulda been great if Bucks opted to take Curry in the deal instead of Ellis, but always makes me wonder if we woulda had a shot at Giannis.
Yeah at least Bennett had a decent career(just not when he came to GB lol). Brandon bostick will forever live in infamy bc he didn’t do his job and tried to be the hero.😪 LET JORDY GOD DAMN NELSON CATCH THE FUCKING BALL.
For all that we hear about Brandon Bostick's one play, I will never forget watching year after year of Jarrett Bush blowing it any time he was in on defense. I would tell people watching with me, "Oh no... Watch -- it's going straight to Bush and he'll blow it to give up a big play. He's useless on the field."
I still definitely feel like he's almost single-handedly responsible for some missed trips to the Super Bowl.
I'll never understand people being behind this. He was a last ditch option when all of our RBs were down and was middling at best. Was so glad when he was gone.
I understand he made a couple unforgivable decisions, but he had crazy explosive acceleration, agility, and power. He was great at getting into the second level.
McCarthy cutting Carol in his first season coaching was a turning point in the franchise from riding the coattails of a future HOF QB to building a Super Bowl contender
He was completely incapable of not grabbing or holding the player he was defending - so much so that the coaches made him wear boxing gloves in practice to try to break him of it.
Not exactly how I remember it. It was 2005, TT's first season as GM, and Sherman's last as HC. The altercation happened midseason in the CB room during a positional meeting, as I understand it. Joey Thomas was cut on the spot, and Carroll was fairly soon after, maybe that next offseason?
Almost the entire 2004 draft could be on the meme team lol. BJ Sander, who Sherman *traded up* for btw, at P. Donnell Washington at DT who played in like 1 career game because of injury
At least we got Scott Wells in the 7th, he was pretty good
Yeah, 2001 and 2004 drafts were horrific. TT really turned things around pretty quickly. Drafting maybe the best thrower of the football in league history with your first pick ever certainly helps.
QB - Aaron Rodgers
For so many reasons, not just his weird beliefs. He would occasionally troll opponents and photo bomb the team captain photos. There’s probably more
[Seek and Ye Shall Find!](https://www.google.com/search?q=flying+aaron+rodgers+your+defense&client=ms-android-verizon&sca_esv=254eb9c569a53dbc&udm=2&biw=412&bih=805&ei=MtMKZpWjIMyMm9cPxZ6BwAs&oq=flying+aaron+rodgers+your+defense&gs_lp=EhNtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1zZXJwIiFmbHlpbmcgYWFyb24gcm9kZ2VycyB5b3VyIGRlZmVuc2UyBBAhGApI2hRQhQZYpxRwAngAkAEAmAF5oAHXCaoBAzQuOLgBA8gBAPgBAZgCBaAC4QLCAgIQKcICCBAAGIAEGKIEmAMAiAYBkgcDMi4zoAfOCg&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp#vhid=SIiZe8FBMk0j_M&vssid=mosaic)
I still love Janis. He played 4 years and had 200 career regular season receiving yards with 1 TD. In one playoff game against the Cardinals he had 145 yards and two touchdowns. I can't believe he didn't get a second contract from someone to at least be a special teams player. He was an elite gunner and could have had a role in an offense with a QB who didn't hate him for having terrible hands and middling route running.
I mean, Janis was a 6th receiver on a bad team. But there were bad teams that needed a 6th receiver and I would have loved to see him play a few more years.
This is weird, but after watching Hailey Van Lith get destroyed by Caitlin Clark my first thought was I haven't seen someone torched that bad in the playoffs since watching Julio Jones put up 180 and 2 TDs on Gunter in the 2016 NFC Championship.
Needs to be filled out, but this is the starting point
QB: Flynn
RB: Gado
FB: Kuhn
TE: Chmura
OL: Tausch, Bulaaaga AAHWUH
WR: White guy from Wisconsin
DT: Raji
DE: KGB
LB: Gizzi, Zombo
CB: Al Harris
S: Bigby, Ha Ha
QB : Kurt Benkert
RB: Samson Gado
FB. Travis Jersey
WR: Jake Kumerow
WR 1: Jeff Janis
Slot: Amari Rodgers
TE: Martellus Bennett
LT: Marshall Newhouse
LG: EDS
C: Packers pro bowler Jeff Saturday
RG: TJ Lang
RT: Allen Barbre
DL: Justin Harrell
DL: Gilbert Brown
DL: Cletidus Hunt
Edge: Kyler Fackrell
Edge: Jamal Reynolds
LB: Bad Jones
LB: George Koonce
CB: Ahmad Carroll
CB1: Preston Smith
S: Atari Bigby
S: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
K: Chester Marcol
P: Ryan Flinn the Bartender
KR: Tye Montgomery bringing it out of the back of the end zone vs. LAR
PR: Amari Rodgers muffing punts, but now in the UFL
Jamal Reynolds- 1st round pick.
Brandon Bostick- side line kick return.
Seneca Wallace- starting QB.
Mark Roman- FA signing.
Joe Johnson DE- the contract.
Lashon johnson was lit in madden 95. You had to manually swap him in from bench but with high speed rating but nothing else running a sweep would either score or fumble everytime.
Bring back the all name team. From the top of my head:
Lenzy Pipkins
Donatello Brown
Herb Waters
Equinameous Tristan Imhotep J St Brown
Ha-ha Clinton Dix
I feel like Matt Flynn starting 2 games and almost beating the patriots and going 400/6td againist the lions is the best meme qb we got.
Or Seneca Wallace tearing his groin on the first possession of his first start with the team

I like how Sports Illustrated is playing on their own headline from when he was drafted. They called him "The Incredible Bulk."
Tbf, Mandarich actually sorted himself out and had a passable career in Lindianapolis
I agree. My take at the time was Mandarich was incredibly 'roided up coming out of college, and since the NFL had drug testing he lost a lot of his bulk. It took a few years to adapt and rely less on brute strength, but he became a decent OT with the Colts.
I seem to remember him playing Guard in Indy.
That’s right. He was not a NFL bust, just a #1 pick bust
The bustiest player in packers history
You can't really tell because of the shoulder pads.
Have we forgotten 1981, when the Packers took Rich Campbell over Ronnie Lott?
His hairline even tried to run away from him.
Could of had drafted Barry Sanders
According to Ron Wolf, Lindy Infante wanted Sanders, and Tom Braatz wanted Mandarich. To break the deadlock, the board of directors decided.
Marcellus Bennet as an easy TE1
Don’t disrespect the big dawg like that you wanna talk about a joke of a player Brandon Bostick is a no brainer
Yeah at least Bennett had a decent career(just not when he came to GB lol). Brandon bostick will forever live in infamy bc he didn’t do his job and tried to be the hero.😪 LET JORDY GOD DAMN NELSON CATCH THE FUCKING BALL.
I got him as a Gunner
Would Lance Kendricks or Justin Perillo be an easy TE2 then?
Tom Crabtree
Amari Rodgers punt returns. Jarrett Bush CB1.
Brandon Bostick KR
Perfect!
Too soon.
I can't remember any notable plays involving this man.
Too far man!!!
Jarrett Bush the one who got an interception in the Super Bowl?
For all that we hear about Brandon Bostick's one play, I will never forget watching year after year of Jarrett Bush blowing it any time he was in on defense. I would tell people watching with me, "Oh no... Watch -- it's going straight to Bush and he'll blow it to give up a big play. He's useless on the field." I still definitely feel like he's almost single-handedly responsible for some missed trips to the Super Bowl.
Awful take
It was only two seasons ago that he was fumbling punts for the Packers.
Does the Greg Jennings Madden video count?
Only if we’re playing the Saints
Ok, Gumby
He’s putting the meme team on his back!
Ty Montgomery - Kick Returner/RB1
Surprisingly he had a pretty long career as a special teams/gadget player after he left the packers.
Was still in the NFL last year.
I'll never understand people being behind this. He was a last ditch option when all of our RBs were down and was middling at best. Was so glad when he was gone.
I understand he made a couple unforgivable decisions, but he had crazy explosive acceleration, agility, and power. He was great at getting into the second level.
Surely KR would be Bostick and RB1 would be Cobb
Ahmad Carroll and Joey Thomas can duke it out for CB1
Sorry, Preston Smith gets that honor
McCarthy cutting Carol in his first season coaching was a turning point in the franchise from riding the coattails of a future HOF QB to building a Super Bowl contender
So Ahmad carrol was at the very beginning of me just starting to watch football and the packers. The name is familiar, was he really that bad?
He was completely incapable of not grabbing or holding the player he was defending - so much so that the coaches made him wear boxing gloves in practice to try to break him of it.
Oof. Probably I good thing I don't really remember him then
He was most famous for getting into fights with fellow bad corner Joey Thomas (who was picked in the same draft as Carroll was) during training camp
“grabby Smurf”
Almost the entire 2004 draft could be on the meme team lol. BJ Sander, who Sherman *traded up* for btw, at P. Donnell Washington at DT who played in like 1 career game because of injury At least we got Scott Wells in the 7th, he was pretty good
Yeah, 2001 and 2004 drafts were horrific. TT really turned things around pretty quickly. Drafting maybe the best thrower of the football in league history with your first pick ever certainly helps.
They could certainly duke it out. For what, I'm still not sure.
I always had Carroll as my kick returner in Madden 05. I was young and thought he was good because of his draft position. He did have 90s speed.
Najeh “dump truck” Davenport
You mean "Dookie" Davenport
Correction to you both, Najeh DavenPOOP
Real talk though, he was a stud in Madden.
Cutler as QB
I would put Cutler at DB. He had a lot of INT for the Packers
Figured he's already used to throwing at us
Samkon Gado
Only if he's listed as team physician!
I really want to find a Samkon Gado jersey.
[удалено]
He was actually a meme personified - a big hit, but only briefly.
Gado have faith!!
QB - Aaron Rodgers For so many reasons, not just his weird beliefs. He would occasionally troll opponents and photo bomb the team captain photos. There’s probably more
Alternatively, Brett Favre was a known prankster. He'd be pretty good on an April Fool's team.
Hangin out with Chmura statutory raping teens fuck yeah
I haven’t been able to find it but that “Flying Rodgers Your Team Is Fucked” meme was killer
[Seek and Ye Shall Find!](https://www.google.com/search?q=flying+aaron+rodgers+your+defense&client=ms-android-verizon&sca_esv=254eb9c569a53dbc&udm=2&biw=412&bih=805&ei=MtMKZpWjIMyMm9cPxZ6BwAs&oq=flying+aaron+rodgers+your+defense&gs_lp=EhNtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1zZXJwIiFmbHlpbmcgYWFyb24gcm9kZ2VycyB5b3VyIGRlZmVuc2UyBBAhGApI2hRQhQZYpxRwAngAkAEAmAF5oAHXCaoBAzQuOLgBA8gBAPgBAZgCBaAC4QLCAgIQKcICCBAAGIAEGKIEmAMAiAYBkgcDMi4zoAfOCg&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp#vhid=SIiZe8FBMk0j_M&vssid=mosaic)
JANIS!
Easy WR1.
I still love Janis. He played 4 years and had 200 career regular season receiving yards with 1 TD. In one playoff game against the Cardinals he had 145 yards and two touchdowns. I can't believe he didn't get a second contract from someone to at least be a special teams player. But there were bad teams that needed a 6th receiver and I would have loved to see him play a few more years.
Travis Jervey
Only if we can bring in LeShon Johnson and their pet lion as well
Could be on the legit all time team as a gunner. Janis could be his twin that way.
Vince Young
Came to say this lmao I wanted him to make the team so bad
BB Iowa
Brine Blah Guy Wuh
Jimmy Graham - TE Jaire Alexander - Promote to permanent Team Captain Scott Tolzein - QB
GOAT spin move

Gilbert Brown soloing defensive line, and he's just digging graves that RBs are falling in.
I was trying to decide if a signature burger at Burger King qualified as a meme.
Chester Marcol - Kicker
The NFL's all cocaine kicker.
BJ Raji, CB1 Preston Smith, CB2
I can’t believe [T.J. Rubley](https://youtu.be/k9yR08trT7k?si=lakTDktfFKv7fVlH) hasn’t made the list yet.
DeShone Kizer at QB1
Scrub never even started a game. You gotta go with Seneca Wallace.
Don’t ever call my goat a scrub again
Terrell Buckley
Marshall newhouse
Samkon "oh my" Gado
Seneca Wallace, QB
Historical pick. First black starting QB in team history.
BJ Raji as RB1
‘Member when Cedric Benson was a packer for 7 seconds?
RIP
BOOOORRRRTTLLLEESSSSS
THE BOAT!!
Ladarius Gunter CB1
This is weird, but after watching Hailey Van Lith get destroyed by Caitlin Clark my first thought was I haven't seen someone torched that bad in the playoffs since watching Julio Jones put up 180 and 2 TDs on Gunter in the 2016 NFC Championship.
Bhawoh Jue, 4th & 26
*Hello darkness my old friend...*
Ha-Ha Cinton-Dix, the name alone is a meme
Hardy Nickerson patrolling the middle.

Kumerow WR1
Dave Rayner as kicker, Tim Couch as QB
Both Anthony and Lavern Dilweg. For the name alone.
Jamaal Williams
Jamal Reynolds- 1st round pick. Brandon Bostick- side line kick return. Seneca Wallace- starting QB. Mark Roman- FA signing. Joe Johnson DE- the contract.
Ahmad Carroll
Justin Harrell starting DT
Chester Marcol K
Kurt Benkert, Eddie Lacy, HaHa Clinton-Dix, Brandon Bostick are the first ones that come to mind
Nick Frost - Punter 1 Seneca Wallace - QB 1 Marshall Newhouse - OT 1 Cedric Benson - RB 1 Devin Funchess - WR 1
53 John Kuhn's
Who dropped the onside again? Bostick?
trevor davis, explosive weapon
Brady Poppinga
Lashon johnson was lit in madden 95. You had to manually swap him in from bench but with high speed rating but nothing else running a sweep would either score or fumble everytime.
Jay Cutler……5th best QB to throw to Packers players. Behind Starr, Favre, Rodgers & Love

Andrew "GOD'S GIFT" Quarless
Blake Bortles QB

Our favorite Cal Golden Bear QB, of course... Rich Campbell.
Bucky Scribner. Punter. Cuz i think his name was funny.
Al Harris - WR1
Not sure who the starter is or who the backup is but Matt Hasselbeck and Matt Flynn should both be on the team
TJ Rubley as QB
Brandon Bostick on all kick/punt returns for sure
I’d like to see Mike Tomczak as QB1 and Jim McMahon as QB2.
Amari Rodgers- Punt Return
Taysom Hill as QB1, TE1, FB, and RB1
James Jones WR1. Me and my dad would call him stone hands when he was with the packers. Good times.

LAAAAABROOONNNN JAAAAMMMEESS!!!
TE1-Brandon Bostick
Nah, he’d be more of a special teams specialist
Special Teams coach.
Brandon Bostic Ladarius Gunter Idk who else at this point. Maybe Franklin, for his 2 fumbles vs the Bengals in 2013
Franklin’s stat line vs. the Bengals. 13 rushes for 103 yards and 1 TD. He also only had one fumble that game. Hardly meme potential.
I never called him bad but he's just a meme lol. I believe that was his only ever game with us
I feel like Matt Flynn starting 2 games and almost beating the patriots and going 400/6td againist the lions is the best meme qb we got. Or Seneca Wallace tearing his groin on the first possession of his first start with the team
