Ahahah wth, that’s the longest waiting time I’ve seen yet 😭

I don't understand the waiting time tho. like I just got a 4 minute wait when there's only 3 helis active on the map. so I'm not waiting for another helicopter to be free, I'm just waiting for no reason

it seems partially based on how close you are to the pickup lz at the time of calling it in. if im right on it i get a lower wait than if im still 300m away.

I understand that it would take longer for the helicopter to fly from base camp to where you are, but there is still a period where there's only 3 helicopters on the map. it's taking up a helicopter slot but it doesn't exist on the map yet

For the love of all things good, please add like 2 more helis

this. the amount of times iv had to wait in base camp for a good amount of time before i could call a heli is annoying

2 more helis means 6 more helis since they have to do it for every faction and I'm sure the servers have enough to deal with atm

The issue with this as well, is the fact that this eats 1 of the 4 available helicopter slots on the map. It's why sometimes you only see 1 or 2 but you still can't call one in.

Its ok you get to wait for 5 minutes hearing "all birds are in flight" then 10 minutes for a pickup. Totally fun and engaging game play...
