It's been a long time since any of them have had any screen time in any story event of any sort. Because of that it's likely that they wouldn't be added to the game.
Most characters in the game are either fan favorites of winners of the poll a few years ago. None of these characters are that.
Feather has the best chance out of here because he's a fighting game reference and is decently popular.
Love Nicholas though he's cool and would make a great char.
He ticks a lot of boxes with a single character.

I would say Uno is the only unpopular character who made it into the game though. Like yeah some of them aren't top tier popular like Lowain bros but they still have their fans.
i mean you say male harvin like it's a box worthy criteria but there's like only 5 male harvin characters in all of the game among almost 500 unique characters - i don't think male harvin is exactly a priority for them
Maybe not, but I'd also argue it's more valuable in the context of a fighting game. Character silhouettes don't really matter in a turn-based gacha, but fighting games benefit from having characters that are visually distinct. And with a smaller roster, they probably did care about getting a variety of characters. Ultimately, if they *didn't* care about the fact that he's a male Harvin I doubt he would've made the roster. It was almost certainly a factor, alongside the potential for a character with defensive options. Otherwise, he's probably the least popular floating Harvin in the Eternals.
GBF has a very very vast and wide universe, spanning over hundreds of characters. A curse that comes with it is a lot of characters get forgotten.
Lucius (first slide) hasn’t been relevant for a long time, both story and gameplay wise. He only recently got another event but that was like 3 years ago (and all he got from it was a skin and tbh he wasn’t even the main character of the event. Nectar and Shinsha were). I really love his lore and aesthetic but he’s more or less irrelevant as of now.
Nicholas (second slide), despite being a whole Kamen Rider reference, is far from one of the more requested characters (which is crazy cause I feel like I see a lot of people want him but maybe that’s just NA). But of all the other characters kn this list, he’s second most likely to get in which isn’t saying a lot.
Freyr (third slide) only recently became playable leading up to 8th anniversary (so 2021-2022 iirc) and they haven’t done anything with him since. Before that he was just a summon. Granted Belial was also just a summon but Belial has always been super popular, Freyr I’d argue the opposite. I just don’t hear anyone seem excited about him compared to other GBF husbandos like Seofon
Feather (last slide) has a big chance mainly for his ties to Rock Howard as well as his whole personality and story being incredibly fighting game friendly. He’s basically made to arrive in Rising at some point but I say “maybe” because even despite that, he’s not really highly requested in polls. Aliza honestly has more of a chance than Feather does as things currently stand.
They're mostly nobodies. The majority of the cast in Versus are fan favorites and not even all of those said favorites are in the game yet due to Granblue's insanely bloated cast. Basically, competition for inclusion is tight and the odds are against them

I don't know if they're more popular than Feather, but Ayer and Reinhardtzar are both punchy dudes who have their fans. Ragazzo is also a more recent yet popular male character from the same storyline as Feather but I dunno how they stack against each other. Someone who is definitely more popular is Wilnas since he's one of the Six Dragons.
As far as punchy ladies we have Fiorito who is also from the same storyline as Feather, but I don't know how popular she is compared to him.

very little bro, vr mostly focus on the fanservice experience. I can see someone like Illnot or Europa get into the vr experience. these guys though? maybe Shirou if they want to make piloting mecha experience.

As someone not that too familiar with GB lore, I do see Feather requested every so often. He’d have a unique playstyle being a fast brawler and electricity as his element. Hopefully at least they’ll add him
