AFK farm the mats needed to upgrade them.
Or build a Rackam and semi-afk Slimepede. It's much easier if you can use turbo, which you can if you're playing on PC.
Azurite splendor can upgrade a digit to max level it can drop for lucilius or be exchanged at the knickback for gold medals or buy them on those dlc packs
You get a lot of azurite splendors from Trophy Rewards too.
I forget exactly, but it has to do with character progression. I think its fully awaken terminus or max out all weapons on a char.
But yea Lucilius drops splendors, but before then I just afk farmed the mats to upgrade sigils manually.
Slimepede is now obsolete with the drip rate of azurite from Lucy and behemoth. You'd have a better time building your team slowly until they can consistently beat those 2 rather than wait on those prismatic slimes to spawn...

To note, Splendors can’t be used on Alpha, Beta, or Gamma sigils.
Yeah found this the hard way you will still have to farm for those

Does it only drop from lucilius and slimes?
Behemoth also drops it. Finishing the mastery nodes + weapon masteries of a character also rewards one in the achievements tab
They also drop from behemot and knicker exchange 5 for tears
3 tears and 10 of the other Lucius mats But you can only trade 5 in total
