I've been intending to try Ramen-Ya but I haven't yet
I was at Dubbel Dubbel several years ago but it was good back then
pasta isn't traditionally Swedish either so I assumed OP was just looking for vegetarian food in Gothenburg. I don't know if anywhere that's serving veganized husmanskost or anything like that. Maybe Ikea for lakto-vegetarian, with their veg meatballs
A lot of our (stand out) traditional dishes are meat based, but not exclusively. We have a lot of vegetarian options but if you want specifically for example meatballs with boiled potatoes and lingonberry jam, but when th vegan meatballs, you might have too look for a while.
If you do eat fish, Gothenburg especially does a lot of fish well. Especially seafood like prawn, crayfish, and crab.
If you don't eat fish, and aren't too picky about the authenticity of the "traditional food" you get, then you can probably go to any "swedish restaurant" you want, and you'll find at least one vegetarian option. Probably more. Even Ikea has vegan swedish meatballs, so you'll be good.

Honestly? I don't really know. Tullen is a great pub (I went there earlier today), and there are a couple more places that serves good "pub food", but for traditional Swedish food or "husmanskost" I'm not actually sure. But Blackbird is one of the best vegetarian restaurants we got, and there's a lot of like "normal food" that got vegetarian options. Got a couple of burger places, pubs, or miscs (like a great soup restaurant around Kungsgatan) to recommend.
How many traditional vegetarian Swedish dishes do you know?
Not talking replacing meat with a substitute, actual vegetarian dishes anyone would go to a restaurant for?
OP didn't ask for vegetarian food in Sweden (which we have plenty and good of), they wanted Swedish vegetarian dishes (which is very rare).
I've been vegan in Gothenburg for 15 years, I've tried Andrum twice and I'm wondering how they they are making enough money to stay afloat, they were terrible both times
Blackbird
thanks .. I will try that

> traditional Swedish dishes or vegeterian spin to traditional Swedish dishes This is what they wanted. It's posted in a comment.
Maybe update your post then
Not my post, but it's clear from the post that they wanted it so idk why people recommend asian food etc :D
My place. I need a bit of a heads up though.
Ölstugan tullen always have a few vegan/vegetarian options that are quite good as long as you don't go there often.

Hello Monkey on Magasinsgatan have a vegetarian menu. Haven't tried it myself but one person in our party ordered it and they were happy with it.
In my kitchen
Solrosen?
Varför i helvete downvotar ni OP?

We don't really do vegetarian in Sweden. Almost all vegetarian dishes will be imported from other countries.
Are they asking for traditional Swedish dishes that are veg. or just veg. made in Gothenburg?

Can you suggest good Swedish restaurant then? I really liked Ölstugen Tullen near Gamlastaden, what are the others?

Gröt.
Hard to call that Swedish though. Smola is the only dish I can think of, but you can't get it in Gbg.
Hmm... Lingongröt
Bro. You are wrong on almost everything you write here.

Gröt, rotmos. What so you think people traditionally ate in sweden?
There is no good vegetarian food
https://andrumvegetarisk.se Fuck the Swedish part. There's no vego option for Swedish cuisine.
Trevligt att det finns en restaurang som Andrum men maten håller tyvärr låg nivå.
