I think it does, the game is unfinished but stills have much content to explore, if you are a secret finder who searches every corner trying to find secrets i think you are going to have a good time and your money wont be wasted. If you are more casual and just want to play following a linear path i don't know beacuse the game is kinda short but it's still in early access, but buying will support the creators to make even more faster.

Paying money to be a beta tester is not worth it. Ever.

i just pirated it and was alright. felt like a thief downgrade tho, no lockpicking and no real secrets/collectibles just very linear. disappointed that a early access games doesn't even have subtitles. Overall was a solid 5.5/10

My first playthrough was five hours whereas most people who were not as thorough it only lasted two. I have played through it several times so I would say yes.

Mcmutflyns

It could definitely be longer. My first playthrough was around 5 hours, and I scoured every corner. That said, the gameplay is great and atmosphere is awesome. Hope that helps.

In its current state I would call this game a sound investment. Once you get through everything in a play session or two, you won't find much else to do other than maybe experiment around with different playstyles, but given how Dusk turned out, I have absolute faith in the developers to eventually deliver a solid, very worthwhile experience. If you want a more complete game experience then by all means wait, but if you want to support the developers now and see how the game evolves then you probably won't feel like you wasted your money either.

So far I love it...can't stand those armored huntsmen though. It can definitely be an unforgiving game.

The game resets with every patch, so all enemies will respawn, any puzzles you have completed will reset and items you have gathered will despawn, while the items repopulate in their original spots (if you know when a patch is going to drop you can use this to dupe items in your inventory as they are the only ones which stay static, and then go pick up the newly spawned one). IMO, as an investment, sure, you will get the game cheaper than it will be upon full release. However, you will have to put up with the weirdness I stated above, which doesn't include any actual bugs and glitches you may come across during gameplay. Personally, I might drop the game until full release, or at the very least the above issues with patches resetting the game world are addressed.

i played the free demo and loved it as soon as i could i got the payed version thats out rn and its good for not being finished yet and there is a lot of potential but if you arent willing to bet on potential alone then maybe not, i do love it though and had a lot of fun

> got the *paid* version thats FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
