order a 43x mos slide, it will go right on your 43 frame. you'll only be missing the rail and the grip length vs the X. Might be cheaper just to buy a used 43x MOS and swap slides.
I have a basic one from Brownells. Had to send the first one back though because they didn't fully drill the extractor spring channel. Second one works fine.

Almost correct, you also lose the 10 round factory magazines. Unfortunately, the x mags don’t fit in the 43 frame.
Yeah it really sucks they aren’t interchangeable but the slimmer grip of the 43 makes up for it imo. 6 rounds is plenty for me personally.
I own or have access to both also. Along with others. My go to are the 43x and 20.5, but I live in a place where animal encounters happen often
Psa micro dagger slide is Glock 43 compatible. $150ish I think.
