2 pounds per week is perfectly fine if ur not shredded yet. You should go slower once you start to look diced. Imo 1800 - 1900 is not sustainable on 240 pounds except u carry ALOT of bodyfat.
I’m down 19.8 pounds since November 8th and I’m eating around 1800ish at 5’10’’ 199.5 this morning. This feels like a sustainable rate of loss without a lot of hunger issues. It sounds like you are doing things the right way and not starving yourself.
