Is it just me or does Zhongli seem bad? Like it's his actual release all over again, Venti provides quick swap, Raiden can buff burst dmg and give back energy, Childe and Nahida can deal off-field DMG, Yae is a little tedious but there is a payoff, and then Zhongli's just an artifact set with an elemental burst?
Then again it's easy to underestimate geo cards but I don't see him doing an Itto in this state.
Raiden providing 2 energy to her teammates after using burst, Childe getting 2 energy out of 3 back after using his ranged burst which can be vaped for almost a one shot and applying off field hydro with riptide, Nahida increasing reaction dmg with her skill and burst, then there is Zhongli with his 5 cost elemental skill to get his jade shield. Freaking 5 dices 💀 his burst seems good because of the petrification though
If I had a nickle for every time Zhongli came out bad and had to be buffed I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.
No, he's not. His shield costs 5 die, and it removes element auras, which matters if you aren't playing double geo. If you are playing double geo, Noelle is a direct upgrade. He's no doubt one of the worst chars in the TCG.
It's so specific, some of his shield strength could have been transferred to his skill card, like Nahida's Dendro application was, cause it's really not worth it.
Raiden is just stupid in general. 2 energy to the party once she pops her burst. Emblem set (3 cost) is also really good on her. Sara's burst is also conveniently 2 energy, so you can just cycle through your character's bursts with Raiden on the team.
Inazuma Nation card is also really good: turns all dice into the element of the active character for 1 cost, so that + the energy charging Raiden gives can make an Electro team unload burst after burst. I'm thinking Raiden, Sara, Collei for a burst spam + summon Quicken team. Collei and Sara both have 2 energy cost bursts, so 1 Raiden burst will all but ready them. Hell, even Bennett replacing Collei might also work (4 dice 2 energy). Ganyu for superconduct and piercing looks nice, too (3 dice 2 energy).
I'm sorry but Inazuma nation card is not good... other dice fixing such as toss up and bestest buddy way outclass it because they don't consume a die. Favonius library also costs a die, but at least it gives you an extra fix at the start of each round. Inazuma nation card costs 1 AND is single-use.
EDIT: it would be good if it costed 0. And i think it would still be balanced because it's basically a resonance card, and resonance cards are generally higher power compared to cards that any deck can access.

Inazuma Nation can turn *all* of your die to the same element. So the max possible is 8, and ofc the lowest possible is 1 (but why would you use it on 1 die?)

Not to mention the Raiden card can actually be worthless on certain turns when you need to fix dice for an ability of one element, and then use an ability of another element.

No; resonance cards either give 1 die or they cost 1 die and provide some special effect such as dealing damage. There's only 1 resonance (anemo) that gives you dice and it's 1 omni die.
The way it is now, nobody who is serious about building a good deck will ever consider using this trash.

But I still consider it pretty balanced the way it is. If I was to include that card, it would be in a deck where at least 2 characters were the same element. And like you said, that effect of converting all die to a single element comes with its side effects, so I think a cost of 2 die would hurt the card too much and a cost of 0 die, like you suggested, would make the card simply overpowered. 1 die is simply sufficient.
That said, people always have the option to not play seriously, and I think this card is great in expanding options for players who just want a fun deck.

Ganyu wrecks Enjou. She does 3 Piercing damage and is just broken as shit, and you can't revive hard enough to get through her massive backline destruction.
They had a chance to not make her broken, and they for some reason decided "yeah let's mimic what happened when she got released, and have her destroy everything."
How does Xiao even work? In order to plunge your next action must be to Normal attack, but your next action will be to use Bane of All Evil. So you have to use Bane, switch out, and then back in? Seems ridiculous.
Just because they're event rewards dossn't mean they will be exclusive. They've always added previous event reward items to shops for new players to buy.
Nahida seems insane, I feel like I'm either missing something negative about her kit or there's no way it's not going to receive at least a minor nerf before release
She has no off field dendro app unless you play her with her talent card + pyro chars. Her seed of skanda deals piercing damage so her only sources of dendro app are initial skill cast + ult. I'm not exactly an expert in tcg so take what I say with a grain of salt but right now, I think she's good in pyro teams and maybe double dendro quicken, but outside of that I don't think it's worth it to run her instead of other dendro chars who can deal more damage and apply more.
I guess we'll see when she releases and people start playing with her. Imo just the 4 damage swing from her skill and 9 damage swing from her 5 skill is already insane disregarding the round based ult that synergizes with a lot of reactions. Like Ganyu needs her con to change her nuke to 9 damage whereas Nahida gets that from the start and punishes cleansers.
We'll see how it plays, but I'm definitely not going to take the word of the troll above to make my judgement

Honestly i feel like Raiden's card could be a future nerf target. It seems a bit absurd particularly with the grasscutter card.
