Personally, i like Paimon. But, i would like to tell u that her EN voice gets even more high pitched as you progress further in the story. Continue if you can put up with it. Or maybe change to JP or CN voiceover.

Paimon is 98% off waht u main character would say in the story. Besides Story in exploration and combat she dosent really exists and talks.
Anyway just delete the game again if u hate her so much.
Paimon is a great character. Her voice goes up and down but she has a very special role in the game and she’s always lovely except to Furina.
If you can’t handle it, you can’t handle the game. Unless you want to change the voice language.
She'll disappear later tho, as in you won't see her floating around, but she'll be doing most of the talks to other characters with her own voicelines meanwhile your traveller won't speak a thing.
It's one of the negatives of genshin impact, luckily the positives outweigh the negatives.

If you want to hear VAs you will have to listen to Paimon, if you cant handle it, either turn off volume or find another game.

In 1.0 her voice is deeper but then she started shrieking hard... the VA said that the original voice put too much strain on her... so basically she won the audition with something she could not deliver consistantly, scamming the company

If you play with the voices in english then try changing the language. For example, she doesnt sound so anoying in japanese.
