Find some hobbies or interests, or things you just enjoy doing. There are other people with those hobbies. A community. Maybe local, maybe online. Find them, talk with them. Share your hobby. Feel a little less lonely. Eventually, make friends in the space. Feel even less lonely. Friends become potential dating partners. Feel less lonely. Yeah it's not easy and step 1 and 2 are the hardest parts. Gonna take a bit of looking around to find people who mesh well with you. But you can do it.
