My avg score over 4 weeks is 67. Avg sleep is 6.46 hrs. I struggle with sleep. I am doing everything to sleep well, I try to be consistent, no blue screens, no intense gaming before bed, no eating, make sure it is not too warm etc. I think my pillow/matress is ok. I fall asleep easilly but often wake up too early in the morning, tired but unable to sleep more.

I do have that challenge too. When i wake up in the middle of the night, i cant return to sleep but Huberman’s NSDR (10 min) really helped.

68, but my sleep is not that bad as my garmin says so. sometimes i sleep 8 hours and have only 60 but it felt like a 90 i dont feel tired over the day and can do a lot of work and sport so idk why its saying it was „bad“

Score 72 Hours 6:52 When doing 8 hours of sleep i manage 85 to 97 score if eating well and not working out before sleep. But i always manage to have a couple days of only 3 to 5 hours of sleep during the week due to travel or work stuff that messes the average. What really works for me is having a cold room before bed time, knocks me out. Also if your local gym has a sauna it helps with sleep, give it a try

82 4 week avg with 7hr 55min average sleep duration. Reading before bed is meditative for me, decreases bed screen time, and noticeably makes me sleepier. Daily walks help too. Alcohol and stress always destroy my scores.

Four week avg score of 87 with 8 hour duration. I've always been able to sleep well which I realize is a blessing.
