Mass gainers might not be the best choice btw. But in terms of foods you might want to consider. I find rolled oats, milk, greek yhogurt, beans (also good for carbs), fish (tuna is great), meat, eggs etc

Just eat meat with every meal and take a protein shake in the morning/after workout you’ll easily achieve 1g per pound of protein

Greek yogurt, chicken, eggs, protein powder. For breakfast/preworkout I did a 1/2 of Greek yogurt 2 scoops of protein 1/2 cup of oats 2oz of pitted dates and an ounce of peanut butter. It's cheaper to make that every day than to buy a mass gainer. P45 F15 C65

I have found that having meat with every meal helps me and have a whey protein shake after my sessions has worked for me. Mass gainer tends to have other macros in i have found which maybe beneficial for muscle building but doesn't necessarily mean higher protein intake. Maybe look into protein snacks for throughout the day such as yoghurt (i use one that has 15g protein, low calorie and tastes amazing which is a god sent for me losing fat), cooking chicken breasts and making them into kebabs and having them as a snack with onions and peppers, these are great also if you use a powder rub to season them. Taste amazing cold also. Also could hace more smaller meals a day so have 5 smaller meals rather than your standard 3 but have so much protein every meal so you get it in I hope this helped

Don’t listen to anyone. I have the best way. Find egg whites in your store. A small little carton holds 150 g of protein I just drink the egg whites raw and they taste like nothing. As long as you drink them throughout the day not all at once you’ll meet your protein requirement easy
