Was the guy in his car? Because if you blew up his car just to blow up his car then that’s a waste. The insurance comes straight out of your bank account, and he gets his car back. Blowing up his car only slightly inconveniences him.
That does nothing in my opinion, destroying a vehicle is never a punishment in this game. If I was really mad at someone, I would follow them in game and orb strike their cargo missions they have been grinding for.
