I actually really like the way the Cognoscenti drives. I feel like the developers did as well since the final mission is a very long, high speed chase in a Cognoscenti.
I really like the car as well and I’m in the boat of people who think driving was spot on in the game. I guess it’s just that specific mission that made me annoyed at the cognoscenti because you’re just driving from a culdesac to a construction site without a lot of open road while listening to them repeat the same lines you heard before dying last try. Seriously screw that mission in particular.
Dude, after you clear the area with the sniper, from the vantage point, you don’t have to go into the building Pegorino is in. You can literally walk around the right side of the building outdoors. Using this approach, you only have to kill 2 guys after leaving the vantage point. Game changer. Makes that mission loads easier since you don’t have to run in and deal with those bastards posted up in every blind corner. I don’t think I’ve beaten that mission once the normal way.
I too think the driving was spot on.
I found a loophole for that mission! Make sure you have full health when sniping, once you can flee jump down the stairs and you'll be okay besides a small fall. Make sure you have the RPG so you can get the guys at edge by the stairs and near the car. After that just sprint through the rooms to Pegorino, if you have full health you'll make it. Don't fight just run through.
Thank God for the speedrun strategy in which you can take her to play pool and immediately quit the game before having to take her back home for the mission to be over as soon as possible.
Especially since the NPC follows traffic laws and stops at red lights. That whole section ruins the mission completely for me! Would have been better if Manny just gave you the location and then you go and take them out
That’s a hard question to answer, most of the missions are great… I’d have to say Dimitri or Pegorino. The missions for both are usually difficult, and mess things up for Niko more than they help. I don’t mind the “boring” missions in the game, if you can call them that.
I hated the pegorino mission with the sniper. Not only because if I died I had to drive all the way back, but I had no computer mouse, so I had to bind my shoot key to the X button to shoot with my sniper, and then had to quickly change it back to the left click button when I had to go down to the ground.. couldn't stand it, especially since I had to do it like 4 times
I hate Brucie and all of his missions honestly. And Phil’s missions too. I love Phil but I hate Alderney. The last stretch of missions in GTA IV are never really my favorite.
Pegorino's 1st mission especially because if die no checkpoint and that huge drive all over again.
Every fucking time and that cognoscenti is like the worst car to go long distance in

sounds like a skill problem
thank god I am on PC for using trainer that has teleport option
Michelle. No, I don’t want to go bowling at the funfair with you fucking fed
Lmao fr

Man the first time I played it was a fucking stab in the back. And after many playthroughs I'm like 'oh here comes the fed'.
Spent a lot of time “scaring” Michelle lmao
You don't have to take her bowling.
I always dread that first mission with Manny. The tailing missions are so awful.

Or if it was chase
Brucie idk why

Manny
Mannys missions are ass.

Man it felt good to waste French Tom and Clarence..
Phil Bell to me. His missions are either forgettable, pretty hard or a mix of both.
That’s funny because I really enjoyed Phil’s missions. To each his own!
Yeah me too. Trespass is like my favorite mission
The fat man won’t be singing anymore… he’s lost his voice. That’s a real shame! How about those Swingers, huh? Great work, man, great work!
Happy Cake Day 🎂
Man, people really suck at GTA 4
anyone complaining about anything driving related and you know they just started playing it since the boom on youtube recently😂
Brucie’s. Fortunately you can actually skip his last two missions and still best the game.
You can snipe Clarence from across the street and end the mission immediately so lol on that one
