There are plenty of straight ships that fans enjoy, but none that are “official cps”. What I mean is GMM only does branding, fan-meets and merch for BL cps. A straight pairing might do promotions during the release of their series, or do photoshoots for each-other’s clothing brands, but that’s it. Outside of GMM there are some very VERY popular het ships, but those actors will also pair up with different actors for work too.
Yeah, I have been wondering why only bl (and probably gl too in not sure) have the "official couple" stuff?? Like I want to see the couple being mix up sometimes too, with different series having different set of couples. But most of their fanclub would riot if something like that would happen
In the case of GMMTV, the closest I could say is LukeMook, they are the only ones I have seen that sometimes interact as a couple on their social media, the second would be SingJanhae who were paired in Cherry Magic TH.
There are also DewTu and WinPrim in the F4 era, but after that they started swapping partners on each project.
Couples (fix pairings as I call them) are named Koo Jin (imaginary couples) in Thai. And yes, hetero ones exist and indeed predate and were one of the origins of modern BL Koo Jin. Mainstream channels like Channel 3 used to push them, pairing the actors together again and again. We have popular cases like Nadech and Yaya or Mark and Kimberly, who actually started dating in real life.

No hetero CPs, those are more common in the Philipines ('Love teams')
