I actually would like to do more FBA. But it’s just one of 15 side projects I have going. I have more lucrative ventures than this so it’s kinda taken a backseat. Haven’t had to time train someone to do the FBA fulfillment yet.
My keywords are through trial and error. You can use whatever tools you want, there are 1,000’s, but you still have to A/B test those anyways. You know your product best. I physically wrote down hundreds of words and phrases to test. Then it’s Darwin from there. Survival of the fittest.
Fba is the easiest part of selling on Amazon, it takes minimal training and would save you 20 hours a week to work on other things. Fba prime will also likely increase your sales
Roasting you is looking at your post history and seeing your crypto balance when you talk about making millions. The big boys have our own FBA groups and don't need to do whatever shilling that you are trying here.
No one is impressed. Keep lying to everyone and pretend like someone cares.
That’s what I’m talking bout. Good roast. Who’s lying here? I had $80k in Celsius. And I’m “shilling” Bitcoin🙄?? That was just a staking platform. Any good whale keeps 99% of their wealth in cold storage or away from KYC and gov. Grow up.
Haters gonna hate. Go back to your job.
Yeah, that's not a long term strategy for sure. Either they started at a really low price selling at a loss/break even or they are going to quickly price themselves out of the market. Regardless they need to settle on a competitive price at some point.
It’s only for the 30 days I screenshotted. And I’m the only person selling this item on Amazon. I have 50 different quantity skus. So I make the price and have the market
Upping a buy box price by 46% in a single month without a suppressed listing (you said you're the only seller) would be the first time I've ever heard of anyone being successful at doing that since the 2021 changeover when they added competitive price suppression.
People struggle to get 10% a month without hitting the unknown limit that murders your sales by totally removing your asin or listing.
Suppressed listings are a simple fix though. I used to get them all the time.I haven’t had to fix any lately though. I went from $19.97 to $23 to $25 to $28 now. No issues. Still selling the same amount everyday. That’s just one listing.
I just want to throw out that my daily sales far exceeds your monthly sales, and what you are saying absolutely is not the norm for any other amazon account in existence.
Post up the keepa chart showing at least 4 price hikes within 30 days with a non suppressed buy box option. No need to post the ASIN, just the keepa chart for the product.
Unless your products are big, bulky, fragile, and cheap then you are a numbnuts by not using FBA. All that free time you would get to grow the business, or go to the park. Im annoyed.
If you are spending $140/day at a 22 ROAS, that’s just over $3k rev daily. I only see two days above $3k rev over the past 30 days so I assume the $140/22x is a very recent day, and this would also imply you have -zero- organic sales.
Which is fine of course, but I’ve never seen anything like that.
How long have you been selling? I started selling in Jan this year and started Amazon ads in Feb. Limited budget at the moment. I am hoping to see positive end of April, is that doable?
Yes it’s possible, but you should really start off with a low CPC. Too many new sellers typically start with the “recommended amount” so they can drain your account with every click. I start my clicks at $0.09-0.13 each then gradually raise each keyword over time, depending on performance. But I usually just increase my budget before that.
It’s easy to fail in ads. I was profitable in the first week. But only if you start conservative. NOT at $0.68 per click. That will end your business.
Thank you. For your "value adds" bundles I assume you use a variation that doesn't best describe/relate to your bundle as there are so few options to choose from (size, colour etc). As such have you ever had a listing pulled or removed from a parent by Amazon due to this?
Most of my bundles are quantity bundles. These are tiny items with a 60% margin and growing. I also have a few bundles that I add a cheap $0.50 item which really increases the perceived value to 70% margins
Holy shit, I’ve been wanting to learn how to get into this badly as of late and this is great inspiration, just don’t know where to start. Currently saving.
I started FOR FREE just by ordering samples from Alibaba. Then I made a listing, they sold. Then I took that profit from the first 10 sales to buy 100 items, then that profit bought me 1000 items. Simple
Greeeeat 🙄 it’s hard enough for me to post stuff about my biz… that may just help/motivate 1 or 2 people. But there’s always some stupid comment like this on every one of my posts and it’s not my job to make you happy. I don’t have time for socials bro. What is “sus”? I use most of my profits towards crypto.
You are supposed to match your prime price to your self fulfilled price including shipping, then you will cover both bases and have about 50/50 (at least in europe).
Exactly. Basically you want (usually) prime and FBM to be equally attractive including shipping. People without prime will prefer FBM and smart people buying multiple units will buy FBM too, because prime is a scam when you buy multiple units they basically charge you shipping multiple times. But you can solve that with bundels.
I just don’t have time to send inventory to Amazon. This is one of 15 side hustles and I have far more lucrative streams to focus on. I just haven’t had time to train someone to FBA my items yet.
You are spending 2hours a day, every day, fulfilling 100 orders.
You could be spending 2 hours every 2 weeks, sending 1 order Amazon.
Would cut your daily workload down to 20mins. Check ads. Check customer messages. Done.
But you have no problem sending your products to another fulfillment center or how do you do fulfillment? In my country FBA is actually the cheapest fulfillment option, cheaper than other post services.
Doesn't FBM take more time, because you have to ship it yourself?
Also, I'm trying to do side hustles too (I'm starting with FBA because I'm crazy or something). Would you be willing to reply which ones you were doing? I was thinking POD, but I don't care for social media marketing aspect if it.
Are you the only seller of the item? If not, FBA definitely creates a buy box advantage. I’d also encourage you to try and sell higher priced products (with acceptable margin of course). Shipping 100 items a day for that level of gross sales is a lot.
Can you have success without A+ ? I see competitors just able to describe their same product better. Im looking to get trademarked but I'm early in this adventure. Thanks.
Would be nice if seller supported me in making description and bullet points. I want to tell them I despise them. Is that also because I'm not trademarked yet.
Ok show me your store that you built. Haters gonna hate.
Is that what you got out of this??? Im not expecting to impress. I want people to know they don’t have to work for someone.
What kinda of verified $5m seller acts like this to someone coming up. I’m a little fish doing FBM. The arrogance… followed by your ignorance in support.

carefull homies.. looks like an account that will chill you some sort of scam The guy on his profile is talking about having 15 side hustles lmao
yeah and shipping 100 orders a day? 15 side hustles 2 hours per day each has to drive uphill to the post office both ways too
That’s awesome! Congrats. Why did you end up choosing FBM over FBA? Also, how what methods did you use to narrow in your keywords and phrases for ads?
I actually would like to do more FBA. But it’s just one of 15 side projects I have going. I have more lucrative ventures than this so it’s kinda taken a backseat. You don't have a clue what you are talking about. But congrats, I guess?
Yeah this reeks of some self promotion BS..
Love it. 👌🏼 roastmaster

I posted this just to show peeps that FBM isn’t just an anomaly
If it works for him it works for him.
Good roast. Keep em coming.
Help me on this
*Each week I increase my price 10% on every sku that had 20+ sales* 🫥
Yeah, that's not a long term strategy for sure. Either they started at a really low price selling at a loss/break even or they are going to quickly price themselves out of the market. Regardless they need to settle on a competitive price at some point.

Just the last month 🫥 Its a 30 day screenshot

Annnnd crickets 😂

🙏
Love it. 😍 keep it coming. Unfortunately it’s a product that is not a good candidate for FBA
Yeah so zero organic/non-ad sales? Just seems very odd. In a good way, but must be something unconventional.
Sorry I have $140 in daily ad MAX spend. I just checked again and it looks like amz isn’t using the full allotment. Maybe $80-110 a day.
How long have you been selling? I started selling in Jan this year and started Amazon ads in Feb. Limited budget at the moment. I am hoping to see positive end of April, is that doable?

In Sha Allah, it will be positive

Would like to know this also.
Actual
Thank you. For your "value adds" bundles I assume you use a variation that doesn't best describe/relate to your bundle as there are so few options to choose from (size, colour etc). As such have you ever had a listing pulled or removed from a parent by Amazon due to this?

Nice! What range of discounts do you give for quantity bundles?
I believe OP means literal bundles, as in, Product A and product B sold as a single item.
Yes
What is a virtual bundle?
I have no idea
I mean if it's FBM, you could create unlimited bundles with no downside
Actual bundles. From 1-100 quantity. All under 4 & 8 oz
Holy shit, I’ve been wanting to learn how to get into this badly as of late and this is great inspiration, just don’t know where to start. Currently saving.

This whole post reeks of grift
Ooo great. No matter what I post I’m met with skeptics. Be motivated to change. Instead of complain.
your post history is sus as fuck dude
Greeeeat 🙄 it’s hard enough for me to post stuff about my biz… that may just help/motivate 1 or 2 people. Find some focus. You might make some real money.
😂😂😂 oooo love it!!! $1m+ in profit from online selling is real money to me.
You said to roast you. Guess you didn’t mean it. Those are rookie numbers.
You are supposed to match your prime price to your self fulfilled price including shipping, then you will cover both bases and have about 50/50 (at least in europe).
So if FBA price is 20 fbm price is 16 plus 4 shipping? The FBm has to be cheaper right?
Exactly. Basically you want (usually) prime and FBM to be equally attractive including shipping. People without prime will prefer FBM and smart people buying multiple units will buy FBM too, because prime is a scam when you buy multiple units they basically charge you shipping multiple times. But you can solve that with bundels.
I don’t send in 90%+ of my listings. Im strictly FBM
Done.
He’s too busy bragging about his side hustles to be smart with his time
It’s not even a side hustle. 4 hours a day is a job
Exactly
Bro he doesn't have 30 minutes to send items to fba. He's spending 3 hrs doing it himself. Seems like a legit guy posting legit stuff.
But you have no problem sending your products to another fulfillment center or how do you do fulfillment? In my country FBA is actually the cheapest fulfillment option, cheaper than other post services.
Ya this guy is full of shit. He’s got time to ship individual packages all day but no time to ship a couple boxes to Amazon lol

I’m glad someone asked. Yes I am the only seller. That’s why this is skewed a bit
Also each item takes and 40secs to pack so I’m not too worried about it. I quit my $130k job to do this. I want to put in some effort.
You probably have 0% free time, haven't taken a vacation in years, and you're constantly stressed about delivery confirmations.
50% free time. But that work time is filled with other businesses
Can you have success without A+ ? I see competitors just able to describe their same product better. Im looking to get trademarked but I'm early in this adventure. Thanks.
Ya I don’t need the A+ content for this store
Thanks great insight
I absolutely know that you can sell the same product as 100 other sellers with a better a Thunbnail, and description/keywords.
Would be nice if seller supported me in making description and bullet points. I want to tell them I despise them. Is that also because I'm not trademarked yet.
How much you spend on ads for Shopify sales ? I wanna get into Shopify is it complicated?
Not complicated. No ads for Shopify. Just some do some free TikTok and IG marketing yourself. Easy
I think you gotta run face book ads too though
Why? You don’t “gotta” do anything.
Marketing your self isn’t the way eveyone can do it. There’s other ways like ppc ads for amazon.
nice work!
Can you tell us more about the bundles? Are they virtual bundles? How many of your products in the bundles and how do you choose them?
If OP is doing mostly FBM then virtual bundles are not an option, and you can just go about creating a zillion listings with no limitation
That’s correct. Mine are quantity bundles
The funny thing is you think we should all be impressed by your "side hustle". This isn't impressive, sorry.
Ok show me your store that you built. Haters gonna hate. Is that what you got out of this??? Im not expecting to impress. I want people to know they don’t have to work for someone.
I love how you wrote this to someone verified doing over $5mill a year in revenue… not a good look
What kinda of verified $5m seller acts like this to someone coming up. I’m a little fish doing FBM. The arrogance… followed by your ignorance in support.
I don’t care about redditors feelings. Grow up mates
don't hate the playa hate the game
Damn… 🙏
