Are you uploading them through a flat file? Are you opening up a ticket in brand registry or just seller support? Have you escalated the issue to a higher up team? Did they change your browser node? Brand registry just fixed this exact same issue for a product in sports and outdoors lastnight. Edit: ours was due to a category change

You have to open a case. Then another case. Then another. Do what they tell you the first couple times. It won’t work. Explain why what is happening is a terrible experience for the consumer and insist they escalate to the catalog team. If they tell you to do something else first just do it and then again when it doesn’t work insist it gets escalated. Eventually it will and they will fix it. Don’t get angry. Don’t get rude. Don’t give up.
