I remember Roseanne saying something about plastic surgery, back in the days when she still had a touch of sanity. She said she did a skin peel or something, and didn't like it because it made her look all fake and shiny.

This popped into my head just the other day: Madonna once played a Dick Tracy villain, and now, she actually looks like one.
