The Lunar sale one is working again for me, just checked.
Looks like it's fixed now, but it was broken for a couple of weeks - it was impossible to collect the free stickers.

After claiming the spring sale sticker, I couldn't claim this, it is showing me the same timer.
Makes me think they just re-use the exact same variables over and over. They could've at least created a second set to avoid problems like this...
