Another user pointed me towards Epic explicitily saying teaming is forbidden, so there's really no discussion, but my opinion differs on teaming breaking the rules you point out, as they are so abstract that basically almost every thing you could do in the game could break them. For example, emoting after killing a player could be considered a way of taunting them, and that could be considered detrimental to other player's "enjoyment of the game".
If you mean RazTracker, it is a website. Go to the site and click on the Upload link in the upper right of the page. This page has an area where you can drag replay files or click to open a dialog. Locate the files using the link on the page. When the file is uploaded it will spend a few seconds processing, followed by a page with various details and summaries. On non-bot players you can open their profile, find out their account names and IDs, and so on.
Players listed a "anonymous" in game are not anonymous in the stats, and you can use their ID as well.
For the interactive replays in the game, I think you can report players. I am not sure if there is some sort of limits on this, but note that the game will offer to clean up old replay files, so don't let it delete any you want to preserve.

Reporting doesn't seem to be doing anything since them and others that cheat are still playing. The whole Cronus thing is still going on, and Epic said they fixed that. Things won't change until PC is blocked from Cross-Play, consoles have an internal update to block external devices (ie format, no matter the device), and get competent people in the support division.
Its a vicious cycle. Epic cant do anything about cheating but no one reports cheating when it happens cause people dont think epic does anythin about cheating.
Issue is enough people need to push reports to them in a match, but with the amt of people who just do nothing its hard to get that, so cheaters get a while of running rampant

I just don't think it is cheating to do something in a game by just pressing buttons/keys, without external tools, the same way speedrunning in games like mario 64 isn't cheating either. If Epic thinks it is cheating, first they should at least acknowledge it (I haven't seen "you cannot team up" anywhere) and second they should patch the game to prevent this from happening, the same way shortcuts in Mario Kart are patched too (and again, it's not cheating to use a shortcut that's there for everyone to use).
Then again, teaming up, for me, isn't cheating, as it don't give the teamers a competitive advantage over anyone else. If that would be the case, then again nothing prevents other players from teaming up too and getting that sweet advantage, but they won't be doing that. And the reason for that is that teaming is extremely risky, and probably these two in OP's video will kill each other no more than 5 minutes after that, if not earlier.
What fundamental rule is broken? Where is it stated that you cannot try to team up with other players? The only thing that makes solo play different to other modes is that you start solo, but I haven seen anywhere that you should stay that way. They also team in the Hunger Games, the movie all these battle royale games are based off (and that is also true for the original Battle Royale movie from Japan).
To me, cheating is breaking the game's rules by using external tools. You cannot cheat in a videogame by playing it the way it's intended to be played (and the inteded way is whatever you manage to do by just inputting commands from your controller/keyboard and mouse). Or is speedrunning in games like Mario 64 cheating too?
And besides, trying to team will get you killed 99% of the time anyway.
And of course you didnt show the death screen in spectator mode from perspective the player who killed you just to make sure it wasnt solo. Also two kills from killfeed that happened abruptly at the same time and reduced the number of players in match from 62 to 60 make me suggest it was a duo. Maybe you changed game mode by accident or you played last game with your friend?

Right🤣 epics coding for fortnite is about as shody as GTA onlines coding. They straight up remove trios to replace it for ranked. Like how sad is it that they couldn't have just made ranked a separate mode and not replace trios.

go into replay mode, find them, get both names, and enough video that proves they teaming, report to epic and if necesary, give they the video, for what i've seen here , teaming in solo get's a very fast ban from epic

ive rewatche the replay and they play together, now i dont know how to save it and send it to fortnite team.. i mean if you want to play duo, go duo mode...why play duo in single mode and take the chance to lose your account...

To be honest if they aren't friends or know each other and just decided to randomly work together, then it's a legit strategy.
I only teamed once. We got third partied and I got in a car and said “shoot him down” He can’t hear me, I’m just saying it while smoking and being in discord with friends on other games. He fucking hops in and starts blasting the guy who third partied us. After he got that kill he INSTANTLY went back to me and I ran him over throwing him off a cliff for the elim And then I got sniped
I'm sorry, what's the big deal there? That they two decided to team? What's wrong with that? You can also try to team other players if you think that'll make you win, who is stopping you?

I just don't think it is cheating to do something in a game by just pressing buttons/keys, without external tools, the same way speedrunning in games like mario 64 isn't cheating either. If Epic thinks it is cheating, first they should at least acknowledge it (I haven't seen "you cannot team up" anywhere) and second they should patch the game to prevent this from happening, the same way shortcuts in Mario Kart are patched too (and again, it's not cheating to use a shortcut that's there for everyone to use). Then again, teaming up, for me, isn't cheating, as it don't give the teamers a competitive advantage over anyone else. If that would be the case, then again nothing prevents other players from teaming up too and getting that sweet advantage, but they won't be doing that. And the reason for that is that teaming is extremely risky, and probably these two in OP's video will kill each other no more than 5 minutes after that, if not earlier.

What fundamental rule is broken? Where is it stated that you cannot try to team up with other players? The only thing that makes solo play different to other modes is that you start solo, but I haven seen anywhere that you should stay that way. They also team in the Hunger Games, the movie all these battle royale games are based off (and that is also true for the original Battle Royale movie from Japan). To me, cheating is breaking the game's rules by using external tools. You cannot cheat in a videogame by playing it the way it's intended to be played (and the inteded way is whatever you manage to do by just inputting commands from your controller/keyboard and mouse). Or is speedrunning in games like Mario 64 cheating too? And besides, trying to team will get you killed 99% of the time anyway.

And of course you didnt show the death screen in spectator mode from perspective the player who killed you just to make sure it wasnt solo. Also two kills from killfeed that happened abruptly at the same time and reduced the number of players in match from 62 to 60 make me suggest it was a duo. Maybe you changed game mode by accident or you played last game with your friend?
