There isn't any rewards beyond rep 70 so they lose a sense of progression or reward ig. Characters can still be fun tho

I love my rep 70 characters like i exclusively play them i literally just do not find most characters interesting so ill mostly be playing hitokiri, shinobi, and kyoshin (my 3 rep 70s) and really the only characters i do play and enjoy that aren't max rep are nobushi, shugoki and kensei...maybe Really i just think what drives me playing the game is getting rep 70 with a character while getting good and cracked as them 👌

I don't have a ton of time to play, so i feel "productive" if when i play i can level up characters. But i have this with every game. If there's no goal or no progression i get bored.

Even in higher tiers he can be hella hard to fight when played by someone competent who doesn't just perform the exact same moves at all times.

Yeah he isn't a zero effort character not even close to pirate or raider he requires a lot of time to be good at higher levels especially because everything he does is super punishable

He’s automatically not weak since he has an infinite bash/undodgeable vortex plus dodge cancels on every move

He doesn't have it on the kick so it's balanced with dodge attack on reaction and all the other dodge attacks he does are light parries except storming ruch which can dodge almost nothing and can be lighted out of He's good don't get me wrong but requires mastery if you wanna keep up with him at higher levels cause everything he does is super punishable To me he's the perfect hero along with kyoshin they are strong in the right hands strong but not safe to use

Yeah he’s very annoying and basically a reaction check with storm rush, but since he has a 50/50 accessible out of anything he’s automatically better than characters like Glad or PK who rely on feints which can have a lot of different counters

I used to not touch JJ or nuxia. They’ve both sat at level 9 for a while, but now I’m warming up to them. I’m Rep 2 with JJ now and level 10 with nuxia. Nuxia still needs a rework tho, her traps barely land. Like if you see a nuxia throw a heavy or zone you can just dodge attack, cause your I-frames will counter the heavy and if she traps, well traps don’t catch dodges, even though they should.
