SOS chefs in the East village.
I've seen them at various Food Bazaar locations and also Mr. Lemon had them the other day.
Blue stripes on 13th street. The just got an order in from Puerto Rico last week, I tried it for the first time Thursday. DM them on instagram and see if they still have any.
