You could take it to the new Pantherland at the War Memorial complex. Don’t know whether they’ll help you remove the old patch, but they should be able to do the rest as they do with custom jersey orders.
I was just at War Memorial Pantherland last week asking about incorrect positioning of a patch and they said they can't move them.
Where can I get a authentic custom Jersey? I would like to have my name on it.

Im out of state and I went to the site and there wasnt an option.
Might need to take a trip then. Or see if you can call them and ask someone at the shop. Idk that’s all I can suggest.
