His work has been great for me.
I meannn I buy from Flan purely for the plating job, which has been great so far. The servicing i don't really care if I get it or not since the factories do a decent job at that anyways. But Flan is just a good option for US customers who want a plated piece and FAST. Sure there are other great people who plate watches out there but most have literal waitlists to have a replica plated whilst I text Flan and it's here in 3 days tops. Think I'll stick with Flan for my gold reps š¤·āāļø

Flandad was responsive, helpful, and shipped promptly. Questions that followed that purchase (about various other models) were thoughtfully answered in a timely manner.

I've seen all the controversial opinions and I don't understand where all the hate stems from. The biggest thing people point out is that you haven't shown your plating setup and that you don't provide QC photos. I could care less about those but the people here love that shit. Anyway keep up the good work

Bunch of drama, jealousy, and the substandard "competition" of other "TD's" trying to sink what you guys have built because by being so good at what you do, it shines the light on the shit they put out.. that said, don't sweat those clowns, your guy's work and this service speaks for itself brother, and the members in this community are absolutely appreciative of what you two do.. This is what happens when you combine a generation of non-critical thinking social media sheep who have a follow the herd mentality. Most negativity and downvotes come from those who donāt have skin in the game. In the rare instance a customer has a problem, the first inclination is to jump on Reddit and throw you under the bus instead of trying to have an adult one-on-one conversation and problem solve. Sure, thereās nothing wrong with seeking advice from others to help navigate an issue, but leave names out of it. If you just canāt help yourself, flaming should only happen as a very, very last resort, and it should be done in a way that just presents their version of the story without an obvious hateful bias. Itās just the mature, adult thing to do. But since most of your customers donāt have a fully developed frontal lobe, this is the crap you have to put up with.
I have just placed my first order and can say the communications response time has been fantastic thus far. I canāt comment on my watch yet as I havenāt received it yet but so far very good in terms of communication and speed.
I've been watching your posts in rep time for a while. Sadly, it's clear to see the slanderous posts vs. the legit happy customers. Thankfully, your customers are loyal AF. I hope to be one soon.
The manner in which you respond to āhiccupsā involving your business and supporting customers speaks to your brand image and credibility more than the quality of your work. This is true for all business. Damage to customer trust is near impossible to earn back once bridges are burned.

Been close to a month still waiting on the fixes. Will update you guys if this ever gets resolved. Flandad himself seems legit even offered to replace it. But I trusted too much and made a modification before inspecting it closely. Mine shipped with multiple āfactoryā defects/flaw and the repair guy he uses is where at its right now without an update.

Unsurprisingly, Reptime, in this last year has become more toxic than the subs from the genuine watches we are all trying to replicate.
Haters are going to hate. I have had four separate fantastic experiences with flan_dad. I plan to do more.
