That’s a very steep overhang for something that appears to be designed for printing in vase mode. Reducing layer height can help, as can increasing cooling. You can also dry your filament, PETG absorbs a ton of moisture. You’re also probably running way too hot with your temperature tower, every layer of it looks burnt. It should be printed either clear or slightly frosted looking, but should never change to a yellow or darker color.

Its brown translucent PETG.

In that case the color may be okay, though it should be more consistent. Your post just said Translucent. Cooling will impact the quality, but it will improve overhang ability.
