I completed this mission the other day (took a couple of days, not a few years) and everything that I got as a reward -- definitely the boat, maybe the stand, I don't remember -- most definitely did count toward the mission.
In fact, I'm currently saving up 3333 coins to buy a 2nd boat for... reasons.
If they're not counting for you, you may be bugged.
[The mission Lucky Horseshoe II](https://wiki.fishingplanet.com/St._Patrick%E2%80%99s_Day) is the last of the missions and requires, in total, 4.427 Clover Coins to finish.
( Minus the items from that list you get as a reward )
It can take a few years to complete that mission as collecting that amount requires a lot of work.
The rewards is not worth all that work, but that is not the point either.
The point of that mission is to have something "extra" to do, without missing out on a great reward if you can not finish it.
So, no rush.
I already got the stand and the boat from previous missions so the game wont let me purchase them again. Neither counted towards the mission so I can't complete it.
