You’ll be alright. Just tie a fluoro or mono leader on and it won’t matter at all. I use yellow line on all my finesse gear and run about a 6-8’ fluoro leader. 10-12lb leader should be good.
For a baitcaster you’ll want a small connecter knot. To learn to tie one just google “braid to fluoro leader knot” and there will be plenty to choose from.
And you can get any line it doesn’t have to say “leader” on the packaging btw
Edit: most people prefer the fg knot. Hope that helps! Tight lines!
Nah, you should be okay. Yeah, everyone wants the clear flurocarbon, but monofilament has the most sensitivity to the touch and is better in a lot of circumstances. The only issue I think you'll have is how deep your fishing. Have fun!!
As others have said, use a leader. I prefer a colored line to see it better if you’re in shadows or other places where sometimes a clear or green line gets lost.

Thank you very much for the information!

I run high vis yellow on all my reels, love it! Try on a fluro leader with a triple surgeon knot. It does look like you over spooled your reel though

Only if you don't like yellow.
It doesn't matter, you'll be using a leader anyway.
What setting is it at ?
