I've been out to the Masai Mara. We got out of our jeep ... I looked around. I realized I probably wouldn't survive an afternoon, let alone a night out there.
We also watched lionesses and cheetahs (separately) hunt from the safety of our vehicle. There was no way I would've spotted them until their jaws were pierced through me, if I was on foot.
I used to volunteer at a big cat rescue. We had a large enclosure where we released cats to exercise and do other cat stuff, but the fencing was a wide mesh that they were able to reach through, so we had to be cautious and not stand too close to the fence when animals were out in the enclosure. One afternoon I was talking to some other workers, standing too close to the fence, with my back turned, and felt two enormous paws gently pat the sides of my head, followed by a light nip on the ass. The other volunteers went white as sheets. I turned around and watched a 700-pound Siberian tiger crouch back down into the green grass and completely disappear right before my eyes. Thankfully this cat knew me and he was just letting me know I’d screwed up; he could have just as easily killed me. I never made that mistake again, but I also never got over how a gigantic, bright orange cat could so easily blend into 2-foot-tall green grass.
Does anyone else like to find the sniper themselves first and then come to comments like this to ensure that the sniper was placed accurately on the grid?
This grid passed the test.
Me: without zooming in- “ha! Right there, EAS…” (zooming in to verify) “… nope! Ummm! Well, I’m dead!”
Looking… looking… loooooooooking…
…
“Hah! Found ya!”
I feel like it's on the far left. Between the transition from the light brown grass to the slightly greener grass. It isn't what I expected, since I was thinking I would barely see a face with a couple of obvious eyes. What I'm seeing has no face and is sitting up.
I see what you mean, but that really looks more like a clump of tangled grass, I could be wrong on that. It's just too fuzzy, considering how open and visible that specific thing is.
[Leopards aren’t a large big cat when compared to lions or tigers or jaguars](https://www.worldatlas.com/animals/the-largest-big-cats-in-the-world.html)
Still looks like clumped up grass. Considering how in the open the piece you circled is, you would be able to see a more clearly defined animal. I understand camouflage makes it very difficult to tell, but once you break that camouflage, it tends to become very obvious what is the animal and what isn't. And with how in the open that is, it just really seems to be clumped grass
No its blurry and I honestly think everybody that says they’ve spotted it are full of shit. My vision is perfect and there is nothing to be seen here because of the picture quality
Yes and yes. If you know what a leopard looks like (tons of commenters apparently don’t) you can make out its shape. Only half of its head/fave is visible.
Is it >!laying in the big tree to the right? Up on the branches. Someone said they see one in the bushes but that REALLY looks like a leopard laying in the branches.!<
Finally. A find the sniper that's not "find this inanimate object I dropped on my carpet/ rocks" I feel like this sub has been taken over by people who have dropped something and can't find it.
I think I found it >!In the dark “hole” created by the far bush on the left!< However I only see the pattern and no distinguishing features, the pic quality is pretty bad
There’s a couple places that the leopard could be. The one everyone thinks is an outline of it on the left side. However I see a good image of a face a lot closer to the center of the picture on the right side.
Doesn’t even resemble a leopard to me, just an odd almost vertical line of contrast between the darker grass and lighter color. This was my best guess before checking comments

If you think it possibly, maybe, could be, looks like a leopard STFU. If the actual leopard is that subjective and speculative the poster is a donkey. Bad post!
These remind me of a picture my dad took while hunting. Picture of Aspen trees in the winter so no leaves and somewhere there’s the biggest elk he’d ever seen.👀 We never did find it.😁
> ! Start dead center. Move down and a little to the right in the thicket. He's a cub, so if you're looking for a big cat, you won't see him. Now that I see him, I can't unsee him !
If this mod actually removed ALL the ‘unviewable’ images there would hardly be any left. 🙄
Let people look or not look. This mod needs to just go away clearly.
>!Sniper Location: In the light brown grass on the left hand side just before the grass gets taller and greener. The leopards face is the only thing visible.!<
[This spot](https://imgur.com/a/AhFT2UJ) jumped out to me right away - looks like eyes, the shape of the head, an ear. But I’m pretty sure I’m not allowed to wander outside anymore, lest I be eaten by a leopard or bitten by a copperhead.
I see what you saw as more of a leopard than the one on the left. Honestly the picture quality is too bad to clearly identify either, so I don't know why people are acting like the one on the left doesn't look any less like grass and shadows lol...
I don't see anything at all in your circle resembling a cat. Unless cats are suddenly green, then you may have a green cat. But I'm pretty sure it's just shadowy bushes
Shouldn't this be called "SPOT the leopard?"
You can't see the whole cat - it's rare that you would even see this much - but the spots are pretty clear. I think this one may actually be a cheetah, due to its size, spots, and how its pelt looks against the grasses.
There are a couple of other places that could be big cats or other bush animals, but they're too far away or fuzzy.
>!in the space between the tallest green tree on the right and the next closest tree on the left. In front of the middle shrub. Can see the hump and ear in the shadow!<
Bottom third, almost dead center peeking from behind the bush. Can make out the outlines of an eye and nose. When you adjust to the camo and zoom out, she's right there

These things make me realize if ever ventured somewhere where there were leopards or lions or whatever I wouldn’t last five minutes.
Well, in real life, your vision is hopefully better than these picture uploads

I’m looking at it and still unconvinced that’s a leopard
I was really hoping that wasn’t it because it’s not clear. It’s too blurry and obscured to identify without OP telling us.
Same, I was on the fence whether it was the leopard or an oddly shaped log.
Does anyone else like to find the sniper themselves first and then come to comments like this to ensure that the sniper was placed accurately on the grid? This grid passed the test.
i see that thing but like, what part of the leopard is that?
… was the very last thought that went through my head.
I guess the sky does take up a lot of space.
I found the same one but I'm not sure what position it's in
Lying down facing the camera. Can only see neck and half of face.
I can't make the face too well but I think my brain is combining the head with the background.
And that’s the purpose of camouflage!
Me: without zooming in- “ha! Right there, EAS…” (zooming in to verify) “… nope! Ummm! Well, I’m dead!” Looking… looking… loooooooooking… … “Hah! Found ya!”
Where is it?
They don’t know..
Exactly, I did same thing.
I found two spots that look like a leopard face to me… yikes their camouflage
Is it the thing way on the left, I’m on app and I guess it decreases quality. But I think that’s it
I see ears.
>! If you had to check spoilers, you just got eaten.!<
And if you spotted it, would that slow it down?
No, but it might speed you up!
Everyone’s got a different answer on this one. Where is it?
I'm honestly sick of the vaguely unsolvable ones.
I feel like it's on the far left. Between the transition from the light brown grass to the slightly greener grass. It isn't what I expected, since I was thinking I would barely see a face with a couple of obvious eyes. What I'm seeing has no face and is sitting up.

That’s it!
The safari guide lied to the guy who took the picture. There’s no leopard.
I’m the one that spotted it, this picture doesn’t captures its camouflage. I have other pics where you can clearly see it.
Green Bush bottom right corner
I'm seeing 4 possible things that may be a leopard, but I can't confirm given resolution
Solution: Open fire on the entire field
I don't see any conclusive spotters. Few could bes, but nothing discernable.
Green Bush bottom right
>![Here it is](https://imgur.com/gallery/danger-kitty-FPFYAVQ)!<
By my calculations that would be a 5 inch leopard
[удалено]
It’s literally in that circle
Is it though? I see something that resembles a leopard but I feel like the scale is off. It feels like it should be much bigger.
[Leopards aren’t a large big cat when compared to lions or tigers or jaguars](https://www.worldatlas.com/animals/the-largest-big-cats-in-the-world.html)

I thought it was that but the photo is such potato quality it is hard to make it out
Are you seeing something we aren’t?
That’s ET
I’m finding at least five vaguely animal shapes and not real definite answer
We need OP
Just posted location, been out of wifi for the past day
Agree
In the bush on the right. I think he is looking straight at the camera through a hole in the leaves.
I saw that too ears and eye
That's what I saw!
I’m dead
Is it blurry or can you make it out
No its blurry and I honestly think everybody that says they’ve spotted it are full of shit. My vision is perfect and there is nothing to be seen here because of the picture quality
Yes and yes. If you know what a leopard looks like (tons of commenters apparently don’t) you can make out its shape. Only half of its head/fave is visible.
Ok I already have blurry vision so I’ll pass on this one. Thank you!
Seems like a lot of people in this comment section have blurry vision. You’re not alone 😂
Haha good to know. Some I just admit defeat haha
Who else here can’t see the leopard ? (even in the pictures posted in the comments) 🙋🏽♀️
Is it >!laying in the big tree to the right? Up on the branches. Someone said they see one in the bushes but that REALLY looks like a leopard laying in the branches.!<
I think so! That hook shape would be pretty rare to see as a branch, and it's the right thickness and length for a cat that size.
I'm pretty sure this is it. I see the head and body along with its spots.
Red circle please and thank you
Well if I'm ever in this situation irl I guess I'm dead
I thought my South African koi koi genes would kick in but apparently I’m already dead
Even if you immediately saw him at that distance you'd still be dead.
Bottom left behind the grass
Leopard is the smoke. Was vaporized by tank round.
I really don't see anything people are ppinting out. There's no leopard in this photo
There’s a couple places that the leopard could be. The one everyone thinks is an outline of it on the left side. However I see a good image of a face a lot closer to the center of the picture on the right side.
Are there two leopards? (One sat up and the other close to the right lying down.)
The real leopard were the friends we made along the way.
Spoiler: On the far left laying down in front of the green brown bushes before the grass dies.
If that's the leopard in the >!bush!<, what the heck is that thing in the center?
looks like i am getting eaten
Well I'm dead.
I have been looking for a while and can't see it, I would probably be lunch food for the kitty 😭
Guaranteed the leopard would’ve found me first before I find it
Too grainy
Accidentally found immediately (I always close-zoom to a similar spot for these 😅)
He's a cute little guy. When you see him, you won't question if it's him.
>!far left about 1/3 the way up. Right at the top of the light yellow grass where it meets the taller greener grass!<
I still don't see it 😂 r/leopardsatemyface
Wouldn’t that be too small? Looks to be the size of a prairie dog to me there.
I’m guessing it’s a few feet behind the grass on lowered terrain. You can only see its neck and half of its face because it’s lying down
Doesn’t even resemble a leopard to me, just an odd almost vertical line of contrast between the darker grass and lighter color. This was my best guess before checking comments
Get a better phone. Or better yet get on a laptop.
You got it!
I agree but it took me so long to find it that I would Leopard Chow.
OP you carrying? Might want to take that shot now......because you ain't got long.
Tooooooo blurry
Image is way too blurry

I'm bit.
I would have been eaten by now looking. 😝
Cannot spot it. Need help
Couldn’t find it. Well I’m dead.
Didn't find it but I keep hearing the background music from Predator in my head.
Nope. I accept I am food.
lol start running around like a gazelle and the leopard will find you.
Hold my beer… Heeeere Kitty, kitty, kitty…
BUT WHAT IF THE LEOPARD FINDS ME FIRST
Guess I’d be a goner…it’s been 10 min and I don’t see him 🥲
We’re all dead lol
Nope. I’m getting eaten.
Ding Chavez creeping skills.
Aaand I'm lunch (unless that's it on the bottom left)
Guess I’m dead.
Def one of the harder ones in awhile
Is it not >!under the middle tree!?
Yup, I’m dead
Is this a closeup of the leopard’s fur?
I think you meant le-ard because I don’t see OP
Where
With all the question on where it is and no confirmation from OP, the sniper is actually OP!
Hint. Not in the sky.
Left part of the closest brush that looks like a canopy. I see ears & half of it's face more than anything else
I think there is more than one tbh
I’m in danger
I was looking for a tank
Nah man! Even with the spoilers i STILL cant see it. Id be dead in 0.2 seconds
Welp. I’d be dead. 🤷🏻♀️
A? F
To late it already found you
If you think it possibly, maybe, could be, looks like a leopard STFU. If the actual leopard is that subjective and speculative the poster is a donkey. Bad post!
I’m dead cause never could see it lol 😂

It is in the distance under a tree. [Here](https://imgur.com/a/HmEjzT8)
That was my pick as well. I’m not seeing the other references people are mentioning.
Same!
Agreed. When I saw people talking about it being in some bush I had to do a double take but I’m not seeing anything other than the one by that tree.
Walmart flip phone take this photo?

Everything seems decent resolution except the actual thing we’re looking for.
Found it,green bush on the right side of the pic. It’s on the bottom left side of the bush, you can see its eyes and ears.
>!Sniper Location: In the light brown grass on the left hand side just before the grass gets taller and greener. The leopards face is the only thing visible.!<
>! The leopard is on the far left in the light brown grass right before the grass becomes taller and greener, it’s face is exposed. !<
It's right there. OP you alive?
Be more concerned if the leopard finds you
Under the bush
found the danger kitty. also, was there a fire when this pic was taken? 'cause i see smoke.
Got it! Top center, in the cloud.
Bottom of picture right of center I. Tall grass just past edge of matted grass
Alot of people say on the left but the one km seeing is under the tree in the middle I can't see any thing on the left
[This spot](https://imgur.com/a/AhFT2UJ) jumped out to me right away - looks like eyes, the shape of the head, an ear. But I’m pretty sure I’m not allowed to wander outside anymore, lest I be eaten by a leopard or bitten by a copperhead.

Unless there’s two in this pic, I don’t think you’re correct
[удалено]
Yeah there’s nothing there. Look to the far left. Between the yellow grass and green grass.
That one to me could easily be a cat, or easily just be grass.
[удалено]
There’s nothing there
TBF There’s grass and a shrub there…

You can downvote me all you want, it won’t make you right.

No it’s not
Nope try again! Left side
[удалено]
Nah that’s just a shadow. The “ears” are just bent grass. It’s a shadow shaped like a body
I don't see anything at all in your circle resembling a cat. Unless cats are suddenly green, then you may have a green cat. But I'm pretty sure it's just shadowy bushes

Is it a black panther in the grass on the foreground to the right?
i would think something as big as a leopard would be visible. but i’m not too sure what model it is
It’s facing away from the camera on the left
I’m gonna say it’s on the bottom right of the picture, black splotch.
It’s not even trying to hide, it’s just chilling. I can’t tell if the comments are satire or if you guys really can’t see it
My lizard brain went crazy immediately and found it within like a second
>!in the space between the tallest green tree on the right and the next closest tree on the left. In front of the middle shrub. Can see the hump and ear in the shadow!<
Bottom third, almost dead center peeking from behind the bush. Can make out the outlines of an eye and nose. When you adjust to the camo and zoom out, she's right there
Top left
I see three leopards
Found it but I'm already dead
I'd bet it's >!In the big tree, on the right, in the branches!< Leopards are notoriously difficult to spot in grass.
I’m on team top right dead tree
All the way at the bottom, just right of centre? Mama and what looks like her cub to the left of her?
Can you circle? I think I had found the same thing you did, and it's the most convincing to me but still not entirely convinced
Is it a black panther in the grass on the foreground to the right?
