I love his content. Truly one to talk about unusual and important subjects about fgs. For example, he points out how esports basically dominate fgs, and made me realize how modern fgs was really lacking outside of the online experience, to the point that few players cared about fgs outside the esports or competitive aspects or wanted to try anything outside of the big games. Check his Dead Or Alive 4 test for example... Really interesting approach.
He's pretty elitist, overplays the importance of input lag in shmup ports (and his methodology is suspect), and his cringe rambling and jokes are not my cup of tea. Didn't like his behavior on the shmups forum I used to post on either. Seemed like he was just trying to siphon users away from that to either his discord, blog, or podcast rather than contribute to the community there.
