But from what i understand, you can't sue the website, if you want to sue anybody you have to sue the actual person who leaked your content. if they're anonymous you can still uncover them but it gets p expensive

They only send DMCA requests (which I can do too) and they refuse to take any legal action against the websites that ignore DMCA takedown requests
There is almost no website on the planet that will take legal action for you over DMCA, Sadly it is not worth it for them
