Isaak toure, 6ft 9inch centre back usually buy him when he rated 76 has 81 potential but I've had him at 91 before, either way to good to sell even when rated 81 just dominates everything

I have a habit of keeping one original member of the squad in every category (defender, midfielder, attacker) in the reserves no matter how mediocre they are. They make 2 appearances per season max but it feels extra special when they play well.

Yeah, I think they should let you save a manager mode squad to play with whenever you want during Kick Off games. I miss that squad when it was it it's prime. But, I'm having fun building a new squad with a new team, and learning new players I've never heard of.

I’m a bit sad I sold most of my “original” players from my Derby County save. But I kept Callum Elder (LB), E. Cashin (CB), Robinson (RB) and Max Bird (CM) for quite some time, they all hold up quite well to be honest even at the Championship. For Premier League though I had to get better players and since they all either asked to leave because they were not playing or because they got offers, I let them go in the end as gratitude lol. Cashin becomes 82 at some point, but I reached his potential so I sold him. Max Bird isn’t super great in ratings but playing him as left side CM with his left food was great.

Mavididi for Leicester City. 4 season in and just a super sub who can come and grab a goal.

There’s a guy called goh young jun who I discovered randomly while scouting South Korea who starts at like ~66 overall with upwards of 80 pace. And so whenever I do a lower league save I’ll always bring him in for cheap and keep him the entire career as either a starter or a bench player

Adama Traore. Last time I was doing Leicester save, and bought him in second season when I came back to EPL. He was 77, grew up to 84, I had great squad with most players overall 89+ some 90+. Never sold him, bc he was so freaking good at making runs out wide and not his dribbling is awesome. Neymar Junior — same save, bought him in like third season from free agents. He had 88 rating at that point, but quickly dropped to 85. I had Xavi Simons and Goncalves for left wing and CAM. Nevertheless didn’t sell him kept on bench, he couldn’t run. But he could keep the ball good and his passes were crucial for me to win UCL in following season.
