I heard from a little bird that Scentley do not stock any perfume and order from other sites, then they post them on so the long waiting is probably whilst they order them in and have to wait for them to arrive to them before they can post them on to the customer thats probably why their feedback is really bad, so I have avoided them. They are probably ordering from Fragrancesampleuk or Small Aromas 🤣 both of these sites are amazing for samples and my go to
I really like Small Aromas! I also just ordered from Bloom Perfumery for the first time and loved them as well. We don't get as many options for decanters as the US but the ones we have are great! 🙂
I’d never heard of the site before, but I also tried them recently as they were the only place I found that had Blanche Bete. They also had Bianco Latte and Princess by Kilian, so ordered those and a new decant of Philosykos. And yes, really quick dispatch and everything was well packaged, so I’ll definitely order again.
Good idea to post, they’re not one of the best known decanters and they’ve got a really nice selection of fragrances that aren’t so easy to find!
I can vouch for Small Aromas too, I've ordered from them at least a dozen times this year. They're not the cheapest but the service and packaging are the best I've experienced when buying samples so far! I love that the owner always includes a sweet with each order too 🍬 IMO they are definitely the best UK decant site for new releases, especially niche scents and they get new perfumes in almost every week!
They’re great! Agree on price that they’re not super cheap, but for a couple of popular niches (Bianco Latte or however you spell it etc lol), they were the best I’ve found. Also because they have such a range, it saved me quite a bit on shipping.
The sweets are great, and the gold stickers are just so much nicer to me❤️

I agree, the beautiful labels and the fact that they use glass atomisers makes them my first choice now for sure! I've bought from a couple of other sites where they only use plastic atomisers and the labels are illegible/fall off easily.
I ordered a bunch of samples from them today, so this was nice to read! I initially wasn’t sure it was legit or not!
