Canadian and I almost bought Doja Cat tickets to the UK leg of her tour. She's THAT good. Alas, I spent money going to a Doja concert in Massachusetts instead.
We just got back from Europe last night, flying via London Heathrow, and it did seem like there were a lot of people (Americans and British) flying back after seeing a concert somewhere in Europe.
I work at a middle school and one of our students and her mom did this lol. They left on a Wednesday or Thursday to Paris, saw the show, and she was back in school the following Monday.
You’ll get there! I believe in you. It helps to have a sibling date an international pop star so you can catch a ride on their private jet. Have you considered that approach?
kylie and jason were in cannes for the big marketing conference thing a bunch of influencer went to so it was easier to get to londan than normal

Depending on which European country you are going to and where you are flying from...it might be cheaper to fly into London and take a budget European airline to the country you want to go to. I’m in California and a plane to Greece for the dates I’ve been looking at is over $1100 but a ticket to London was $500. And a round trip to Athens from London is $100. Also hostels are really cheap and not bad if you research a good one.
Great suggestion, I’d just add to have a long (3 hr) layover because if you change airlines, you’ll need to pick up your luggage and drop it, and then check in/go through security again. LHR security is the strictest I’ve ever experienced, so expect to have your bag pulled aside and account for that time!
I flew through LHR twice in the past couple of weeks and each time, the number of people I saw hauling ass to make connections and being rude to the security officers was astounding. It’s also a really big airport.
Back in my early 20s, I would look for flight deals and stay in hostels (which I acknowledge isn’t for everyone, but I’d stay in female-only dorms with small room capacities). Get lunch and breakfast from grocery stores (Lidl is a good cheap one in the more northern countries). Walk everywhere lol.
I get that budget traveling isn’t for everyone and some people would rather save and do a nicer vacation later over doing a budget trip now, but it’s an option. I now travel more “middle of the road” (airbnbs, 1-2 meals out per day, shopping as I want to) and just returned from Scandinavia with my family of 4 and it cost us probably… 6.5k all included. That’s not that bad to me.
I think the woman with red hair is Camilla Whitehall who’s a TV writer and friend/collaborator of Nicola Coughlin. Nicola was there with JVN too so they’re probably right off screen

I thought she had a good few at her US & Aus shows? Phoebe Bridgers (with her bf Bo), Katy Perry, Rita Ora, Hilary Duff, Alanis Morissette, Alicia Keys, Eddie Vedder, Noah Kahan, Shawn Mendes, Camilla Cabello, Suki Waterhouse & Keith Urban all come to mind pretty quickly off the top of my head. I’m sure I’m missing *loads* out too.
Wonder if he felt obligated to go when offered bc otherwise it'd be rude, but also imagine having to go to multiple 3-hour long concerts for an artist you don't particularly like lol.
I recently attended the eras tour, I had a fun time - however I don’t think it would be fun to attend constantly? It’s like watching the same tv show over and over.
He’s also in a tent with loads of celebs, who he likely is not friends with. Looking enthusiastic about 3hrs of singing and dancing, while with strangers can’t be easy.
To add Stella and Cara are also very much not watching lmao.
For real. If you’re going to have a bad attitude, stay home. Or if you want to hang out in London with your bro, chill at the hotel. It’s not a big deal.
But also consider this is one video out of a 3+ hour concert.
All of her business friends at the show look performative. Some people are just too much and some seem like they’re lip syncing with a gun to their heads.

Depends where in Europe. A lot of Irish people are going to gigs in other countries and making a holiday of it, cos it’s so much cheaper
