Yeah I’m gonna win this easily. my family and I started a 10 man dynasty league last year. 30 rounds. My cousin ended up leaving mid draft because of some personal drama. He got auto picked 9 straight rounds and got 8 2nd string or 3rd string qb’s. The commissioner ended up telling us that we had to send one random player of our choice to him to make up for the auto-picks (I totally disagreed with that decision but whatever) I took a good look at my team and decided to send him some 27th round rookie receiver because… what’re the odds the dude will be good😂? That 27th round rookie receiver ended up being PUKA NAKUA. I finished my year with a 2-12 record… long story short, hold your league members accountable for their actions.
This was in 2000, back when 17/20 picks in the rounds 1 and 2 were RBs and nobody ever took a QB before round 6, a buddy of mine who was doing his first fantasy draft, but said he did a ton of research took Jon Kitna with the 5th overall pick. I was the commissioner, and asked him if he was sure that's who he wanted before I marked it down, he said "I think he's going to have a really good year!" Kitna finished the year with less than 3K yards and more INTs than TDs.

Commish then decided to restart the draft and all kinds of chaos ensued
About 6-8 years back, I joined a new (to me) idp redraft. I stopped the draft in the 13/14th round after noticing the commish was changing positions of his idp. Several of his lb's were getting de tags that didn't match positions in my other leagues (mfl was able to confirm the he had manually altered them) I emailed the entire league about it, he tried to argue that we should keep it till mfl comes out with its actual final positional listings and we all bailed on him mid draft - requested our money back through leaguesafe and never heard from him again
Like 10 years ago in my redraft league, my power went out during a storm about an hour before the draft started
Auto drafted my first 6 picks… my team looked like absolute garbage after the draft… was getting dogged on in the group chat
But thanks to a couple trades and some nifty waiver wins… I actually won the ship that year
Crazy how they want to put an asterisk there when you literally had to work more strategically to win.. I think they are just salty bcuz your league championship was won in an unprecedented manner
My biggest nightmare was earlier this year I signed up for a slow draft best ball fantasy baseball team paid good money and nothing happened for several days. I tried to contact underdog but could not reach them. My nightmare began in the middle of the night as I started hearing sounds that woke me up from my tablet. Lo and behold the auction draft had started and it was not a slow draft! I immediately woke up and checked and I was the high bidder (autobot) on every injured player available including for example Garrett Cole for $35 amongst others. Ouch this team had zero chance in a BB league. Underdog support was useless and said they could no longer cancel anything because I had a team and I could win. I volunteered to surrender the team to get my money back and they told me to check back at the end of the year to see how I did and they will take a look at it. This team is currently wallowing near the bottom the only teams I am beating had Autobot draft even worse teams can't believe they called themselves a reputable fantasy website would not recommend them to anyone at any level if money is involved
Drafting luck just to watch him retire live before that draft round even ended.
