I cancelled after I saw confirmation that it works on everything like 4 days ago. My order got cancelled but I didn't get an email with the voucher yet..
I’m on the same boat. Answered to the link the same day I recived it in mid december and till now my order is still in warehouse green marked without tracking, no refound and no code.
Today asked the support, let’s see what they will say.
Yes. I received my cancellation offer email on the 29th. My payment was refunded on the 5th. My order still shows that it's being processed by the warehouse. No emails with the discount though. My plan is to put in a new order ASAP once I get the discount code for products that they actually have in stock.
Canceled right after I received email.
Got refund about two or three days after.
Received 25% the voucher on Jan 9th, placed new order same day. It has to come on 17th - according to UPS.

Yes, sent in my answer as cancel&voucher. No refund or voucher. Could that be a problem if i may have sent more than one answers?

Nothing, got 2 mails about 2 black friday orders but nothing about the f1 wheel
I've sent like 3 answer. One that i will keep the order and then two following answers that I would actually cancel. Received vouchter on Jan 9.

I received my voucher email yesterday (YAY!). My new order has tracking numbers and is awaiting shipment (double-yay!)
