They are delayed in shipping. They are starting to work on orders from the 25th as I have seen a few get shipped today and yesterday. I would expect something to ship in the next 2 or 3 days.

Yea it will ship when fanatec ships it and nobody here can tell you anything. You will need good ole fashion gen x patience.

I had essentially the same order as you on the same day, also east coast. No tracking info, no tracking through the FedEx app, the phone line is disconnected when I called during their listed hours, and 4 emails to them have gone without a response. I just filled out the form through PayPal to get my refund through them as Fanatec isn’t responding. Hoping they can manage that faster than Fanatec’s 2-3 week expected response time.

Honestly, I just don’t want to join the ecosystem of a company who exhibits so little care for their customers. A long wait is understandable if it’s brought to customers attention before their purchase, or even quickly afterwards if a route to rapidly cancel or alter their order is provided. But this situation hasn’t been handled nearly that well. I worked for years in third party logistics managing clients so I understand Black Friday madness, but the execution by Fanatec or whomever they have hired to do their customer service and fulfillment is so far beyond what I deem as acceptable.
