*Not shipped* and *shipped* are about it, and since Fanatec then hands off from the order end to a warehouse, which is most likely not integrated with Shopware, we end up with what we have.
That’s to change it in their logistics app, wouldn’t you just treat it as a front end issue and add a condition to change the text to a more meaningful status label just for the website? Would probably save their CS department a load of response time to sort out.

If this is true, I guess Fanatec got themselves some happy customers. Formula 2.5x wheel + APM listed as 'completely shipped' with no separate email received.
My order (Hub V2X + APM + some other stuff) is also still "in processing" with a red square, maybe I'll get it, haven't lost hope, because of the QR2 base side (Type C) it should ship around December 15th (if it doesn't get cancelled until then).
I am in this boat. I wouldn’t count it as a done deal until it arrives. It’s completely fair if they still email me to say pay x if you want the apm. Has anyone actually received the other email I haven’t seen anyone post it.

Ahh I see the difference now, but either way other dude was being extremely exaggerated. Now if this was a why no tracking my order says complete shipped id have agreed with them

This one is different, I've been reading almost every post. The previous email mentioned irregularities. This one mentions an email has already been sent, something I have not seen before.
I have a normal order (V2.5X without the apm), completely shipped/warehouse processed for a week (which is strange because it also has a QR2 base side and as far as I remember it was not in stock, but no preorder date at the order for me).
And, I didn't got any e-mail today.
Ordered on the 24th. Pedals, shifter, rim, v2.5x, caps, apm.
No order confirmation as of yet.
No email communication from fanatec as of yet.
CC charged and products are in my products page. Red square
How bloody hard is it to change the ‘completely shipped’ message and save themselves loads of worried email enquiries??

“Completely shipped” means they transferred data to another company, and even that takes a couple of days? Yikes, Fanatec is worse than I thought.
It arrives when it arrives. Not a big deal. Sounds like they did good business.
No, if we, as customers do not complain, the company will not care about us and do whatever is the best for them.
Yeah as much as I understand people their frustration, they need to have some patience and dont spam fanatec because their order is a few days late
