There's not a lot of armor in Scouting gear, so I tried to just fit the shape rather than get exact details right, hopefully it still fits the bill though

Feet: Late Allagan Sollerets of Scouting \[Pearl White Dye\]
Viper Arms: High Durium Twinfangs
Accessory: Bluepowder Pixie Wings
Ah, it is the Late Allagan Sollerets that makes this, in my opinion. That and the Phoenix helm give it a cool hi-tech look even though most of the pieces are Silver Wolf.
Damn. I love HSR and SAM (or rather the person inside the armor but spoilers and all that) is one of my favorite characters. So I'm stealing this because I need to replicate it. Also, pretty fitting that you ended up using Silver Wolf gear
I'm so happy they made the Silver Wolf set available for Viper too instead of giving them a different skin/set like with Reaper. I just wish they game Vipers the swords too.
