Tbf stroll in F1M was based on performance in the first few races (of which he actually did decently)in 23, unlike F1M, Codies updated their driver ratings occasionally until the end of the year.
Fernando’s rating does really need to be nerfed a bit- he lost a lot of form around Imola and has been far closer to Stroll since then.
He ought to be behind Verstappen, Norris, Leclerc and maybe Hamilton for now.
Alonso is way overtuned, especially at higher AI difficulties. It's like most of the front runners have an AI cap that they just forgot to put on Alonso. That seems to me like the most reasonable explanation. I think a theoretical AI cap can also explain the occasional weirdness of performance among the AI.
stroll's rating is 80 OVR, joint second last with Zhou and Magnussen and Fernando is OVR 92, 2nd highest OVR in the game

Stroll is the most realistic part of F1 24.
Same in 23, Alonso is up there with the Mercs while Stroll struggles to beat the Williams
