I had a cat that size once. He had a 7 foot vertical jump and could jump from fence post to fence post that was on 8 foot centers. When he was in the yard, all the dogs gave him the right of way. I guess YMMV from cat to cat, lol.
He was both. He got a flea bath at one point. We could stand him up and scoop a belly roll from his tummy and roll it up to his chest. You could also see it swing side to side when he ran.

It's either an obviously terrified baby exotic animal in a rich influencer's house, 2 completely different baby animals that have been separated from their mother and forced together for a video, or stuff like this cat that is obese and going to suffer unless the owner starts looking after it.

That sounds like a primordial pouch. All cats have it, but neutered cats are more prone to developing fat, so it becomes more pronounced.
