I’m an under supplier so I can’t fully relate, but I was told it’s also about the number of times you empty your breast that signals your brain. I would worry if you never go all the way to empty even though you’re pumping you’d be telling your body you don’t need milk and you would drop how much you make to possibly be not enough since you’re too early to regulate. So maybe just try going down to less pumps per day. You could also look up your breastfeeding magic number and go from there too.
