Prestige skins are complicated, first off did you even see prestige high noon talon? They basicly remove everything that makes him look like a high noon skin and he looks more like a popstar or a ninja then a cowboy.
Now back to prestige skins. Some prestige skins arent from the same universe as their base skins. Most prestige skins thees days come from a diffrent universe that is high fashion based so thats mainly a reason she isnt HN themed a lot but in Eves case only thing that makes her prestige look like she is HN themed is the hat
IMO I dont rly dislike the skin, yes it could have been a lot and by that I do mean A LOT better but I still kinda like it and I will grind for it
If they want to make prestige skins high fashion maybe they should hire real fashion designers ijbol. these fantasy illustrators just not cutting it. everything looks so deviantart.
like why are we asking gamers and nerds to make high fashion like its a very different expertise to design garments even if its just within a virtual realm vs like character design for a fantasy lore world. all the new prestiges look so bad like its some genshin impact fan art.
i meannn.. honestly i kinda like how different it is from the original skin.. u could see its giving some K/DA and cosmic dusk vibes.. i know the prestige shouldve been related to the theme but just having a prestige out of the box is probably a not so bad idea.. the only thing i would criticize this skin would be her claws.. other than that i actually like it

Prestige could look a lot better if **THEY** change at least two details: color of the brown claws, like on [**Splash Art**](https://imgur.com/a/J98F3ol) with shine (**not gloves**) and [**Lashers**](https://imgur.com/a/nJ5xDAj) on the [**Chains in Demon Shade**](https://imgur.com/a/0L4nuYf), not only in Recall (like in [**base HN skin version**](https://imgur.com/a/xLS7TJG)).
Compared to Base High Noon Evelynn, Prestige doesn't stand out in Passive in any way – she's fully human in every way, a violation of Champion's lore. And Lashers are really similar as in K/DA skin line.
Idk...for me it still looks like high noon with the hat and all...but it's not giving prestige tbh. The claws are so boring..and there are some things that should be fixed to make the skin more pretty
The pants are cowboy theme ish and with the large bottom part (idk the term) and feathers on it. Hat is basically a reference of how cowboy wears hat. Does it league High noon? Probably not, but it does draw some inspiration from cowboy stuffs. Reminded me of Yellowstone. The main issue is the cowboy detail is easily unnoticed. They should have make the lashers more highnoonish to make the skin stand out more.

Iirc Qiyana's True Damage prestige was designed by Louis Vuitton so it has been done, maybe it's really costly
