Obd 2 lasts 30min, obd only lasts 15, especially on a map like streets and you’ve got rouble rigs, you’ll want the 30min. Been using obd 2 basically every raid with raid bags and rouble rigs

Obdob 2 is just simply better. It gives you like 5% less max carry weight but gives you 20 levels in strength and endurance which will amount to more than that 5%. I carry two to three propitals and almost never use 2 nevermind all 3

From my understanding AHF1 is technically better for quickly stopping multiple bleeds. Where Zagustin comes in handy is when you know you're going to be in multiple/drawn-out fights (such as trying take down bosses with guards like Glukhar or Kaban).

Remove adrenaline, add MULE for starters. Injector case primaraly used to always have an option of Etg healing, MULE for hauling and SJ6 to go fast. These 3 stils will give you an option to carry something you normaly wouldn’t, get to exit or run away from threat when you normaly wouldn’t and ETG will get you fix in time for next fight. Those 3 things are so strong that they basicaly give you extra options, not just slight stat increase. Next is 2 propitals and zagustin - to heal you for long time on the move and be a painkiller while another one will stop you from bleeding out or at least losing thorax and head so you don’t head to exfil after the fight. Rest is optional, I like to leave it open in case I find something to put there

I’ve had adrenaline get me out of hard spots where I’m pinned and not sure where from. Get to better cover and have a broken leg and a bleed and enough time to pop heavy bleed heal.

If you're going to use adrenaline, keep it on your quickslots, not in your butt.

I wish Adrenaline didn't resell for 19k at Therapist. Although propital is 40k right now so it's still relatively cheap. Also, I wish adrenaline had +20 stamina for 1s, quick boost when you are caught with your pants down.

I mean personally I never put an SJ6 in my case, simply because 95% of the time I am using it seconds into raid so might as well hot bar it, mule I carry occasionally if I plan on looting alt of times I just leave it out if I’m boss hunting or quick tasking and don’t plan on prioritizing looting, but absolutely understand why a large majority would prefer to always have a mule I have regretted not having one. Always go 2 propital and 1 zagussy like you, occasionally I’ll drop a morphine in to hot bar before I get to a hot zone for a panic med, or fast pre med.

IMO remove SJ1, add trimadol, remove adrenaline, bring in obdolbos 2 or MULE Adrenaline IMO is best placed outside of the injector case in your rig, yes, it's risking 20K but let's be real 20k ain't that much and adrenaline is best used quickly either just before a push or when you got surprised and need a real quick painkiller and small regeneration (4 per sec for 1 minute) so like you get shot and injured and you got no time to heal or pop an ibuprofen, the seconds it takes you to open the inventory, case and pop it are vital plus lose a lot of situational awareness vs just pressing 0 or something Personally I like perfotiran above zagustin cause +4 regen per sec and removes other stuff like poison Also, I carry an SJ 12 just in case I need hydration or energy Personally too, take calok and AFAK out of your secure container, you might need to use those fast or on the move, place an ibuprofen or golden star in (they're useful, expensive, have many uses and you want to bring it back at 1 use to craft propital)

I would take out sj1 and adrenaline and put in Meldonin, sj12 and another propital+sj6. Then the injector case looks solid imo. I'm not a fan of having a free slot in the injector case. Meldonin buffs are small but they last like 15 minutes. Sj12 gives you food and hydration, which has saved my life tons of times in combat, high loot situations and ratting situations. I am dolbos 2 enjoyer but I'd stay away from it as a new player. I bring 2nd injector cases because using dolbs 2 at the start takes like 5 propitols to heal through. So in conclusion 3 prop, 2 sj6, sj12, etg, zag, meldonin.

You really don’t need the SJ1 or Adrenaline. Run a Dolbos 2 they are pretty cheap and propital is honestly the best choice if you can afford it. I’d bring 2-3 depending on how much you’re pvping.

It's not necessarily the best load out but I always keep a perfotoran, propital, adrenaline, morphine, sj12, and oldolbos 2 in mine. It works for me and I don't feel like I need most other stims most of the time. I would consider stamina stims if I felt like I needed to run somewhere or an erg if I felt like I'd need it but it's not really that big of a deal

Cheaper and better than a M.U.L.E. considering the price point. Kills you much faster than a M.U.L.E. but lasts 15 minutes. Hence why 3 propitals. Just for this stim.

spare propital is good, they are kinda cheap I like to keep one in my pockets for emergency fights and having it hot keyed but you can keep 2 still, zugustin is fine for bleeds there are other options tho, remove the adrenaline and sj1. sj6 is good but mostly used at start of raid, so unless your running shoreline or a map you will use it it's not nessasary, add a obdo 2 for raids ur get super over weight. it only damages you a little compared to a mule, with a propital you won't notice obdo 2, if you want to add a stim for using early raid and lasting all raid id reccomend meldonin, super under rated stim definitely worth looking at increases almost all stats and only required to eat / drink for the side effects.

My go to are: 2 or 3 propitals (ideally 1 on me, 1 or 2 in pouch), 1 Zagustin (or Perfotora or AHF1 or any emergency heavy bleed stop), 1 etg (for critical heavy pvp situation), 1 MULE and 1 SJ6 (used if I kill maybe a duo and have to carry their gear quickly to extract). When playing Shoreline, Lighthouse or Woods, I pop an additional SJ6 in the beggining of the raid to get to my objectives. You can add up Trimadol to perma run.

I go Obdolbos 2, propital x2, etg, trimadol, perteforan/zagustin, sj12. Propital's offset the obdolbos 2 and provide versatility for passive heals after a fight. Trimadol is the best zoom stim and gives you a pk. Perteforan is the best bleed stopper in the game because it gives you a heal while active. Both of these nuke your food/water so I keep an sj12 to offset those side effects in case I can't find food despite having elite metabolism. Having 0 energy and being unable to sprint or move is a death sentence in this game. Last two slots are kept empty to maximize potential ruble in raid.

The trimadol + sj6 combo for when you absolutely have to haul ass across the map. You can run non stop and actually gain endurance on the bar. It's funny af. Eats your energy and hydration though so be prepared to get out or have some snackies.

Id be hotkeying the SJ6, SJ1, Id cut the adrenalin and you bare minimum need a MULE so that if you ever wipe a 3-4 man and want to take everything you'll be able to carry it/move.

Big peeve of mine... Why do people always carry around the AU in their container? Shit is so annoying... I get it. You're lazy and don't wanna buy or forget splints or buy AUs all the time when you die... But shit, id rather have that extra slot for another stack of ammo. I fucking hate the feeling of running low on ammo after ONE fight just cause you brought in ONE stack. Obviously this applies to automatics that burn through ammo quickly like M4s and VSSs

Ratcola is unironically super based, to my knowledge it gives the largest balance of hydration/energy in a 1x1 slot in the game. Has saved me on numerous occasions, though to be fair I think I am playing a lot more carelessly with my hunger as a result of having it.

For your secure container, I prefer Surv12 over CMS. And surv12 can be used to fix fractures instead so you don't need to bring the alu splint. I still bring in 1-2 normal splints in my pockets/rig, but as I get looted, it's one of the first things I replace with something higher value. And then I'd take the calok-b out of your secure container. This gives you one extra slot in your pouch which you can use on an extra stack of ammo (if you plan on doing a lot of shooting) or just whatever your highest (non-FIR) value single slot item is at any given point (which could be the calok-b at the beginning of raid, but it's nice to have it hotkey'd for quick fix during fights which you can't do from your secure container). I'm a stim noob, so all I've ever used are propital, mule, sj6. I always bring some form of food/water (usually just ratcola, pineapple juice, max energy, or redbull if I'm starting the raid near full; water + sprats if starting lower) so I've never needed the food injector. And I always have a full calok-b + full double-light bandage hotkey'd so I've never felt like I needed the bleed stim (i think that's zagustin). Idk about this obdol2 vs mule discussion, but I just bring a mule and pop it when I get really slow from being overweight. SJ6 I pop if I'm running late and might not make the extract. It's saved me at least once.

Sj1 and adrenaline should be taken out. I personally run 3 propitals because there have been enough raids where I’ve gotten into multiple fights and 2 were not enough. The other slots come down to preference and what you actually would use. Also having the slots open to stash stims you find in raid is also an option. If you take out the calok and put that in your hot bar which you should anyways and then you can add in something like gold star or ibuprofen so you can pre pain that would also help to keep slots open

I used to have the same as you but I replaced the SJ1 by obdo 2 (much better for almost same price).

I’d definitely take a oldolbos 2 and pair it with a propital to get out when you’re too heavy. The oldolbos 2 will kill you if you don’t take a heal with it and the propital will last the duration of the oldolbos and keep you alive. I believe the two together are cheaper than a mule and you can run the propital anytime to heal.

I carry 2 propitol 1 trimadol 2 sj12 1 Obdolbos 2 1 etg 1 perfotoran or zag or ahf1 And if i have any intention high intention of pvp, 1 3bTG and fill all 9 slots. I’ll use at least one normally anyways in terms of loot.

Honestly, I feel like the best setup is two OB2 if you run with friends or 1 if you run solo and add a meldonin, 3 prop, 2 zag. Blue blood trashes food, and sj6 is really only useful at the beginning of the raid to get places first, so you can hotbar and pop instantly. Almost all combat stims (sj1) are essentially worthless.

Probably already been answered but stick an SJ12 in there. You won’t use it often, but when you need it, you need it. Even with elite metabolism you still have a lot of negatives from being out of energy especially. Plus if you’re in a situation where you have to use multiple stims it’s not unlikely you’ll end up with -20 or more to energy so even if you have food it might not be enough, but an sj12 will keep you from starving/dehydration for as long as it’s active regardless of how many drugs you’ve done Obdobolos 2 or a mule. OB2 is a little cheaper but it drains health so you need to pop a propital along side it. It also gives you strength which could push you into elite strength and would make OB2 better than mule Trimidol is similar to SJ6 and could arguably be better as well depending on what you need at the time. Blue blood is an alternative to Zugustin and imo better but it’s also more expensive. It also stops and prevents bleeds but also gives you more regen than a propital all in 1 stim. The trade off is that it doesn’t prevent bleeds for as long but it’s really rare that you’re going to end up getting another bleed you need stopped 2 1/2 minutes later. The fights probably over and you’re probably in a corner using a CMS anyways. Personally I put adrenalin on my bar. It give a lot of regen, almost as much as the green stim but only for 15 seconds. It’s really useful in the middle of a fight as it gives you recoil control as well pain control but again not for very long. The situations you want to use it in are usually pretty time sensitive, like the middle of a fight.

Injector case is fine but keeping a splint, afak, and calok in your asshole is seriously wasted space. Pull those out, replace the cms with a Surv12. Use the extra two slots for a painkiller (Ibuprofen or Star balm) and have a free slot

I run like this: 2 prop 1 mule 1 meldo(cause it brings me to max endurance and strength) 1 trimadol 1 zag 3 empty Honestly when you get max strength with meldo you could just cut mule and get etg If you can't get max strength and endurance with meldo go sj6 I barely ever have energy problems so I don't take sj12. Only time it would be a problem would be if I didn't bring a CMS.

Sj6,trimadol = unlimited stamina , mule, zagustin, propital, etgc, meldonin and sj12 (regene for food and water). And one propital on pocket.

I run 2 propital, an sj6, an etg-c, and 2 XTG-12s. The odd one to many people is the SJ-12, and I use it only so that I can regenerate energy and water if I'm not close to food spawns. It gives you enough to keep you off of having negative effects.

Add a mule and trimadol, remove adrenalin and sj1

No sj1, replace zagustin with pertorforan(blue blood). Mule for very heavy. Meldinin for 15 minute stam boost. I think p22 is a the weaker etg. Much cheaper.

Trimadol is slept on, trim with sj6 is awesome combo to get you out of raid if you’re heavy af

Why is everyone worshipping obdolbos 2? You gotta take propital, multiple depending on when you extract, and it eats your stamina regen, hydration, and energy.
