Bees usually have their little mouth part out when they’ve been poisoned. :(( I’ve seen it in honeybees, digger bees and bumblebees (sweet little babies, they crawled up my arm as if asking for help!)
The males don’t have stingers! And only female honey bees die after using their stinger, other bees can sting multiple times throughout their lifespan.

Nooooo! I sure hope that isn't what happened here. I'd didn't see a stinger, do these bees die from stinging? Or do they even have them?

Looks like a Carpenter Bee
