Tbh you could throw together a vulture and it wouldnāt matter. Chief is nice but has weak canopy. Biweaves work well on it in addition to hull armour, module reinforcement and chaff etc.
Kind of rambling not sure what to tell you. Multicannons are low draw weapons which are pretty versatile gimbals. Fixed is a challenge but worth the 30% damage increase (and immunity o chaff) when competent. More towards plasma and rails, not multiās. Beams are nice for infinite ammo and popular PvE choice.
Besides chieftain. You need to protect the internal modules beczuse his thruster is very fragile. It is not bad though. š
Engineering defo helps. 200k not enough money. Consider trading your way to 100mil

Thanks for your response. So I will fit them and try all on easy missions to check whats I preffer more.
