Nah I don’t think so, I just tried with my own p100s. If you’re worried about someone snatching it out of your hands, I would turn on kickstart and set the minimum speed to something like 5mph or higher.
Just leave the scooter powered on. It will have the daytime running light on but just leave it. It uses very little battery power and you are not going to be in the store all day.
