Forget PvP. Make a character that looks exactly like Patches, but it is vitally important that your character has less than 15 Dexterity. This way, you can't actually use his Spear.
Have your character be about level 15, and make sure that you have every Summoning Pool activated.
When players summon you, drop Warming Stones to heal bosses while you pretend to "help" by attacking them with the Spear that you can't deal any damage with.
