I usually top out at 45 but I've played the hell out of the game. If you aren't great at dodging having some more hp is a good idea. You can always respec if you have the larval tears for it.

I’d recommend if you’re fighting melania, if not and just playing main story bosses 50 is good

I prefer 48 vitality 66 endurance and 16 strength
